“I don't like that your catalogs no longer have order forms. I have called twice to receive one in the mail and was told 1-2 weeks and still haven't gotten them. This was back in June!!”
“I've never had an issue with my orders, but I didn't care for the 7 day trial for their "rewards" program and $14.95/mo after the trial.
I was able to call and get it canceled without issue.
For me the store itself gets 4 stars because I haven't had an issue with them, but I knocked a star (almost thought about 2 stars) for the shady rewards program tactic. I'll definitely be paying more attention to this in the future.”
“You are 80 miles from me and takes 2 weeks to item's once they are shipped. My last order was ship to Mokena that is 30 minutes from me you then shipped it to, Wisconsin. And it was there for 2 days before you shipped it out again and I still have not got it I love your stuff but it takes to long to receive it..I can order from collections and I get my stuff in 1 week.”

“You get what you pay for. This magazine sells stuff that is cheap. Don't expect too much. Bought a slim cabinet to put stuff and toilet paper into in bathroom. I believe it is made out of styrofoam. LOL! I put it together in about 10 min. NO screw gun needed. I don't think it will last, it is so light when you try to pull toilet paper out it tips over. But it may work if I put something heavy. Very funny. I knew it couldnt be that nice because it was so cheap. I just hope those who can't afford better quaility stuff and are expecting something nicer won't be dissapointed.”

“I ordered 2 items at the same time from Lakeside. One item, THE WORLD'S SMAEST VACUUM IS ONE OF THE BEST PURCHASES AT A VERY FAIR PRICE. HOWEVER, THE OTHER ITEM WAS LOW PRICED BUT ONE OF THE WORST ITEMS I HAVE. EVER PURCHASED ON LINE. It was called THE COLOR CHANGING ALARM CLOCK.
It was very small ( which I wanted) but I never was able to make it work correctly....it didn't help that THE WRITING THAT SHOWS WHERE TO PUsH FOR IT TO DO IT'S FUNCTIONS WERE ALL WRTITTEN IN THE SAME WHITE COLOR AS THE FACE OF THE ITEM THEY WERE ON! It was nearly impossible to read the functions you were supposed to perform and when they did perform you really couldn't control the functions.
My biggest disappointment is the Lakeside that I loved now has very pricy shipping. I waited for weeks hoping for free shipping at least on BLACK FRIDAY BUT I COULDN'T GET FREE SHIPPING UNTIL I SPENT $75 DOLLARS. I HAVE WAITED, BUT THE SHIPPING COST FOR THE RADIO FLASHLIGHT I REALLY WANT IS ALMOST HALF THE $19.98 THE SMALL ITEM COSTS............TOO MUCH!”
