"Terrible customer service and will not allow you to speak to a supervisor!!! I ordered a Christmas tree on January didn't receive till much later, which was fine since I didn't need till this Christmas. I contacted customer service and after 15 minutes of arguing I was told I could return the defective tree which was to late to purchase a new one since it was already the 12th. of December. My husband could fix but I did want some amount of refund \r\nNo luck with that. Light strand not working due to cut in wires. Here are the pictures of the defective cords, not to mention dangerous!"

"I ordered several outdoor items in my last order. I got 4 hanging globe solar lights that only one worked out of the package. After a month none of them work. The solar dog lawn decoration doesn\u2019t light up & is rusting after only one month. The bird bath bubbler is cheap & only works sometimes. The solar celestial light still lights up but the stand it rests on already snapped. Most items are low quality, arrived non-functional. I\u2019m very disappointed in my last order."

"Horrible customer service! I ordered a product and never received it. I eventually found out after multiple phone calls that my order was canceled because they ran out of the product. Never once did someone try to contact me and tell me the order was canceled, no email, no phone call, nothing. The only email I had from them was a confirmation email for the order. I honestly feel like this is a scam. The people I talked to, especially the last one, were extremely rude to me and could barely speak English. Be careful everyone!"
