Every now and then you will find something that is above Dollar Tree quality. Some things are cute, some are junk. Be sure to read the reviews on specific products. I ordered on Black Friday last year and didn't receive my products until the end of January. I was super sad and they did NOTHING for me. They didn't even offer an apology. They just said they were under staffed.

I have never had a problem with this company until now. I ordered 3 gnomes. (my birthday present to myself.) I received my package and there were only 2 in the package. I tried contacting them by their phone number, I got no one, phone just kept ringing. So I sent an email. The reply I received was we'll get back to you. That was 3 days ago. Have heard nothing yet. I just want the item I paid for.

I ordered several outdoor items in my last order. I got 4 hanging globe solar lights that only one worked out of the package. After a month none of them work. The solar dog lawn decoration doesn’t light up & is rusting after only one month. The bird bath bubbler is cheap & only works sometimes. The solar celestial light still lights up but the stand it rests on already snapped. Most items are low quality, arrived non-functional. I’m very disappointed in my last order.

I ordered from this company and absolutely loved my items. Three days after receiving my order I was charged $12.95 for Lakeside pet rewards that I did not sign up for. I ended up having to cancel my credit card which is quite a hassle being I have automatic payments from other companies. So disappointed I had already planned on placing another order with this company and now feel like I can’t.

After you order, THEN they tell you that it will take 5-7 to process your order and then you have to wait time for it to ship. I think it is absurd that it takes a week to get my order ready to ship and up to a week after that to receive it. They should have better shipping deals since they take so long.

The reason that I gave them 2 stars rather 1 is because I happened to like the products and I found the pricing lower than most. What I DID NOT like was being signed up to their "Lakeside Perks" plan without my consent. My card was charged $14.95 twice before I figured out that it was from them because I had ordered some products from them one time several months in the prior! It's too bad that they are not a reputable company because I would have ordered more from them.

I liked the products this co sent just fine. I paid on my balmy twice. Both times even this I had proof with bank statements and they confirmed my money was shown paid to their co via phone and gave me confermation. Umber at last payments. Yet they are now acting like it never got paid but are acknowledging the fact I did make two payments yet the balance hasn’t went down one cent just same valse as before I made payments. I called CS asked why? Can’t get an English speaking person with no noise in back ground. Little alone some truth when I asked where do I email proof of payments to head Corp he just repeated saying I owe more money. I know this is bunk but at this point. I’m wondering if their not commuting fraud and audit needs to be done to this co. If their acting like my first two payments didn’t go through and over half the bill one one payment. Then how many others are they doing this too as well! I will NEVER order from this CO again! BTW if you want to be an American co in today age. HIRE Americans to WORK! Don’t be cheap! Absolutely outraged at this co! Finally a complaint formally as well as calling to report a audit needing to be done. Keep your confirmation number even tho they will act like that doesn’t matter. It does. I refuse to pay on this bill one more time until they actually give acknowledgment of the payments being made on paper not via phone claiming they see it. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!

Placed an order in October... Still waiting on an item from that order. I understand if something is backordered... but- when I decided not to wait anymore and requested a refund- Suddenly it was listed as being "shipped". In reality, a shipping label was created- but the item is NOT moving. It's been 4 days at that status. Was this really the answer to avoid having to issue me a refund? Just lie and pretend it shipped?

I placed an order in early November for a food playset that showed in stock. The original ship date was Dec. 11 — later than the other items I ordered, but okay. The date then kept getting later and later, and now shows a ship date of Dec. 30. They got my money and couldn’t deliver. This was the number one gift my child wanted. He’s not entitled and he will survive, but it’s disappointing.

They were out of all 10 items I wanted 15 days before christmas. I understand this is a covid year, but this is the THIRD year in a row it has happend. lucky for me I was able to get everything on my amozon account- and the shipping was cheaper! Never again lakeside,i will just use your catalogs for amazon referance from here on!!

Ok I was excited about my last order. I was finally told after a few phone calls that it was on back order. Ok now 1 month later called of the 3 items 1 is now discontinued. What does that mean. 2nd item 3 days before Christmas. ITS A CHRISTMAS DISPLAY! Now item #3 its a dog food container, it will be here in 2021. REALLY..I could go to my neighborhood store for it. What I really wanted not available. No offer of how can we help you.

Last year i spent over 400 dollars with this company no problems did the 90 day pay this year spent alittle over 200 was told i was over credit limit all my Christmas got cancelled no email no nothing didnt know we had a credit limit how do u even find out about a credit limit very very unhappy it takes a while to order items and yes i paid off my bill on time jettie Richardson

I have been ordering from this company for about 16 years and never had any problems until the last few years. I quit using any form of payment 4 years ago when my account got overdrawn and went to prepaid cards. Well now they try to charge me at least twice for my orders or just cancel them without letting me know at all but the money has already been reserved because it's a prepaid card. This is the third year that I will be short presents or trying to find other gifts last minute. This will be my last year ordering from this company because of this practice. RIP me off ok. RIP off my kids and then tell me that I have to pay again for their orders is B.S.

I usually like most of the lakeside things I buy, but the flowers are not good. The blue hens and chicks aren't blue and are so small they weren't worth the money. Same with the cone flowers.

I was charged 14.95 off my credit card today for a perks account that I don't even have. I paid in full for my products 2 months ago. I have no more business with this company. Yet they steal money off my credit card. It's not the amount, but rather the adasity that they are scamming customers & charging them small sums off their credit card. This was a prepaid Visa card I used. The money I loaded on my card was to pay a bill. So now I don't have enough to pay my bill. Shame on You theives for scamming & stealing from loyal customers!!! People don't do business with this company using a credit card.
