“ Customer service person was terse and just kept repeating the same ridiculous return policy. I just wanted to exchange an item, not pay $9 for the original shipping, then 6.95 to return and then $9 for shipping for the new size. I will never shop at Lands End again. ”

SO frustrating that a company this large cannot get orders out more quickly. I will most likely not order from them again due to this as customer service told me there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me get the items before the party. ”
