“ Want to return an ugly dress and was considering an exchange but their methods are impossible. In this day of free shipping and easy returns, they are horrible. If I wanted an exchange it would take 3-4 weeks to get the new item and I would still have to pay 6.95 for shipping back original dress. First and last purchase from Lands End ”
