“I chose lawn love because it didn't appear to be a big business; I prefer small to medium size outfits as being less impersonal. Setting up the appointment was easy and the pro who showed up, Don, was very thorough. He walked the fenceline and talked to me before he started. He was friendly and competent and got the yard mowed relatively quickly. He did an outstanding job and I will be happy to see him in a few weeks. The cost was very reasonable considering the number of bushes that had to be mowed around.”

“We’ve been using Lawn Love for over a year and have been extremely happy! It’s easy to schedule/reschedule and our lawn always looks great after a service. A special thanks to our main lawn pro Conner who always goes above and beyond to make our yard look great!! Love that you mainly can schedule, pay and select your services on their great website, but also have had nothing but positive experiences with reaching the customer service office and they are extremely helpful. Thanks!”

“When I started with Lawn Love I wasn’t very pleased with the service. However, the communication from their customer service department was excellent. I had my lawn mown 3 times the first time was great, but then they were missing areas of the lawn. Being part of an HOA it is required to have a well manicured lawn. The areas of the lawn were missed on the next 2 mowing, but I was credited for 20% on the first missed spots and 30% on the next. On my last mowing everything was done perfectly and the areas that were missed were corrected. I am now very pleased with the care that was take. On my lawn service by Hugo my lawn care specialist. Thank you again for correcting the prior issues. 😊”

“I was a little skeptical being that you don't get the same person each service but Danmario is awesome. He always leaves my lawn looking nice. The customer service is excellent as well. The response time and ability to fix any situation is great!”

“I have only been using Lawn Love for a short time, but I have had a great experience. It was very easy to sign up and choose what services I needed from gutter cleaning to lawn care. My lawn pro, George, is great at communicating with me on when he is arriving and what he is doing to my lawn and then goes out of his way to let me know how to properly care for it between services. It’s been a great experience and I would recommend their services to anyone wanting a great lawn!”

“I have a very small back yard on Capitol Hill that was totally overrun with weeds. Kamonte with Lawn Love did an excellent job of eradicating them without wasting any time. He was very professional. And the price was very reasonable. Hope he’ll be available when I call on them again!”

“Excellent work by John Very good service. Grass was cut perfectly and not a blade of grass on the sidewalks. My property is not easy with hills in the front and back. Very impressed.”
