“I am always confident deliveries are prompt and the products work, which is more than can be said for similar purchased at garden centres. The advice pages on the website are very helpful.”
“My delivery of seeds and fertiliser was broken with both soloing out of the packaging. Clearly badly mishandled by courier.
After sending pics of damage customer services LawnSmith were great - no hassle and by next day delivery I had full replacement.”
“Quick service as usual. Very unusually the bags of fertiliser were delivered loose (not in a box as usual) and one of them had tears in. More major tear was taped over, small ones not an issue, but not up to your normal standard. It’s a one off in many deliveries over the years.”
“Have been using lawnsmith for a while now and have always had good sevice however what is more important is what our clients think. Every one of them is staggered at their lawn improvments some may be our own skill but the quality of the products is a really important part and using the guidelines for dosage - ish.”
