“Initial product arranged in a damaged state (it appears damage caused during transit). Raised with customer service, sent photos, received a prompt response and a no quibble resolution of the issue. Issues do sometimes occur and it how companies respond which matters, Lawnsmith couldn't be faulted with their response.”
