“As a complete novice gardener, I found the how to videos very helpful for selecting and learning how to use or apply each product The Lawnsmith sells. Likewise, the online product descriptions gave me a great steer on which product was right for my lawn revival project.”
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you found our videos helpful and were able to decide which product needed by the descriptions. We wish you the best in reviving your lawn! 😊⭐
“Purchased ornamental grass seed to improve my lawns, very impressed with the results, get many complimentary remarks from my neighbours, some likening it to a bowling green.”
Thank you for your kind review! We’re glad to hear that your ornamental grass seed has made a difference and is also gaining compliments. Keep up the great work! 😊⭐
“I left my lawn long over the dry summer and managed to keep it looking presentable, but when I cut it lower the damage caused by the prolonged dry spell was all too obvious. I followed Lawnsmith's advice: scarify, oversee and fertiise, and two weeks later recovery is well under way.
I have also started to renovate a lawn for my son. My daughter in law can't believe the results!”
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad we have been able to assist you on your lawn renovation journey, and you are now putting this to work in other lawns as well! Keep up the great work😊 We appreciate your 5 stars! ⭐
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you are happy with the fertiliser, and we are confident that with some time and patience, your seed will grow beautifully 😊
“The service from Lawnsmith was excellent, though the seed did not arrive very promptly, which may be down to the carrier. However I was kept informed of the status of the delivery.
As for the seed, it is still too early to say what the percentage germination is but there are signs that it will be acceptable. What is strange is that it appears to be best in the lawn that had some grass and which had not suffered in the summer. I can only think that the micro climate provided by the grass helped the germination. The seed on the bare parts of the lawn does not appear to be so advanced and I am hoping that it will get better. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Knowing that grass seed percentage germination goes off with time, I would have liked to know how old the grass seed that I received was and what your expected percentage germination rate.
I will order again and may well get some fertiliser from Lawnsmith anyway.
Andrew Wimshurst.”
Thank you for your kind feedback. We’re glad you found our service helpful, and appreciate your patience with the delay. It’s good to hear the seed is showing early signs of germination! 😊
When our seed is mixed, we bag it as soon as possible, and all 5, 10, and 20 kilo bags are sealed with a dated green Certification label. This will keep for up to 2 years.
“This is the first time I have purchased from lawnsmith, they offer a full range of products for all seasons. I have now applied the fertiliser to try and improve the condition of the lawn following the dry summer. So far I am pleased with the result and can see the lawn starting to recover. It is still early days as it has only been down for two weeks. If everything goes OK I will be back for spring feed”
Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear the fertiliser is already helping your lawn recover after the dry summer. It’s still early days, but it’s great to see positive progress. We look forward to helping you again in spring! 😇⭐
“All products and support has been second to none, a uk company that is doing lawn care right I won’t use anyone else now, this is the product for me! Keep up the good work”
