My experience of my purchase from Lawnsmith was mixed.
Dealing with Lawnsmith was good, but the delivery via FedEx was abysmal, the original supply didn't arrive and the FedEx tracking system was not fit for purpose. a message saying an update would be later, which never happened and an autimated phone response which never answered the questions asked was the last resort. After phoning Lawnsmith on the assumption that they could actually speak to a real person at FedEx I actually got a result. A promise of a fresh delivery which arrived exactly as promised.”

“My lawn was looking very sad after a hot dry summer. After scarifying and reseeding my lawn I applied Lawnsmiths treatment for seed followed by their Autumn feed and now have a beautiful luxuriant lawn. I’m really pleased and will probably repeat next year”
