“I'll tell you how Lazada made me unhappy. I had to have an order cancelled because the shipper that Lazada chose (Flash Express) would not pick up my order. The seller had it packed and ready but they refused to pick it up. I think there is bad blood between the seller. And Flash. The customer, such as I should not have to suffer for this. Lazada should include a way to choose the shipper you want to use, like Shopee does. Shopee allows you to choose shipper. So I have been long faithful to Lazada but today I was forced to choose Shopee so I could stay with original seller. What a shame Lazada.... Give us the option to select our own shipper.”
“The Lazada online platform works well, but it is then down to LEX to make the delivery..... ðŸ˜. The Angeles City (Bacolor) hub is very very poorly managed. I spend a lot of money with Lazada, but it may be time to use Shoppe.
In the Lazada account setting I chose office rather than home for my address type, and clearly included 8-5 Mon-Fri, with NO WEEKEND DELIVERIES.
Everytime the delivery guy fail, I ask if the read the label, and they say yes but their boss tells them to take the goods, even though the boos knows the delivery will fail.
The attached shows a Gas Tank for my bike I have been waiting for.... Useless system here... LEX SUCKS”
“Lazada did not make me happy. One of their sellers Beepodzparisile made me unhappy. I ordered 2 cell phones from them.. been a month and I have received nothing. It was posted to my credit card but still have not received anything. Lazada nor its sellers will get another penny from me. Pi×÷Ed off customer”
