Lazada allows their pick-up team to cancel the promised pickp without any reason. At first, the cs kept telling us to wait. We for 5 months and 2 weeks. But the pick up team can cancel pick-up two times. And there is no way to contact any other department except the cs. That's Lazada's way to protect their staff who is taking advantage of the customers. Lazada is stealing money in effect!

on 3 April i got the following message from Lazada: We were unable to accept your return. We will ship the item back to you.

So how should I have done different, repair the broken products before returning them?
They offered me a 30% refund only, which I did not accept.

“I am going through bad experiences using lazada app. Before it was nice and very helpful. But since I started using lazada wallet on buying items. It started to mess up. I've been wanting to buy a cat cage so I bought one using lazada wallet. But the item never came to me. I waited for couple of days to weeks to get the refund. “This review involves a particular seller/store. Ordered during 11.11 sale. Most of my items, even from China came after a few days. One store did not even pack items by 11.17. I reached out to seller and they informed me that they ran low on stocks. Not true because prior to my chat, I checked their store and still offering the same item for P600. It was previously priced at P180 and on sale for P90. They cancelled my orders so I will be forced to order at a higher price. Not good business practice. I reported to Lazada and "filed" a complaint but I doubt if anything will be done about this. Just trying to warn others here of possible scenarios”
