WARNING: NOT child/teen friendly. Their morale has gone down. All of a sudden I see some soft porn materials. Are they promoting the porn generation even more? Anything so they can sell? There's no age limit even so anybody can see/search whatever. No email or direct chat to voice feedback or concerns like these too. It's a shame they're partnered with Gcash. No option to remove those on "for me" or recommended as if I searched them too. App Uninstalled.

Mali na nga nirefund na amount, ang bagal pa magproseso, ikaw pa gusto nila makipagcoordinate sa seller at banko. Hindi man lang naisip ng mga customer service representatives na mga ito na dapat sila ang nakikipagcoordinate dahil internal issue nila ang nagkamali tapos customer nila pag aayusin nila ng problema. 2 buwan na hindi parin naaayos. Sasabihin anticipate ng 24 to 48 hours pero wala man lang update kahit nag fofollow up ka. Worst, kapagka chinallenge mo sila, kung kailan paano, gagawin nalang is babaan ka during the live chat. Worst customer service experience.

The pickup team refused to pick up a broken item as promised 5 months ago If you expect to have aftersale service, never buy in Lazada. Shopee is easier to handle. Waste of time! Lazada allows their pick-up team to cancel the promised pickp without any reason. At first, the cs kept telling us to wait. We for 5 months and 2 weeks. But the pick up team can cancel pick-up two times. And there is no way to contact any other department except the cs. That's Lazada's way to protect their staff who is taking advantage of the customers. Lazada is stealing money in effect! Look at what they emailed to me!

A cheap rip-off/ copy/ fake immitation of Amazon/ Alibaba 1. There CS COMPLETELY SUCKS! Its like you talking to a bunch of trained monkeys!! They always give you the same stupid pregenerated answers and don't help you at all πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ˜Ÿ 2. There courier ( Ninjavan/ J&t) is the SLOWEST AND WORST IN WHOLE PHILIPPINES!!πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ˜ŸπŸ˜Ÿ ( it takes them 3 weeks to ship something from Manila to palawan!!!πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ˜ŸπŸ˜Ÿ) 3. Always faked advertising with free shipping!! INSTEAD YOU PAY A VERY HIGH SHIPPING FEE FOR A TERRIBLE SLOW COURIER!!πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž 4. THERE REFUND POLICY SUCKS!! ( courier damaged my item!! Between the top worst online selling companies. Avoid it, use anything else even takes longer to deliver or more expensive. - Never ever pay in advance or u will say goodbye to your money - Check the parcel front of the delivery guy, so you can immediately send it back. (And run after your money for months) Better to avoid it. See an example in attached photo.

I am going through bad experiences using lazada app. Before it was nice and very helpful. But since I started using lazada wallet on buying items. It started to mess up. I've been wanting to buy a cat cage so I bought one using lazada wallet. But the item never came to me. I waited for couple of days to weeks to get the refund. When finally I was able to get refund through lazada wallet again I wish to withdraw it through bank transfer. But until now,couple of week passed still not getting my refund. I also noticed that agents do not share the same information. That is why you will surely get a headache because of their different version of explanation. And every agent provides different resolution and understanding about their policies.

Had received text as to date Dec 12 2022 12:01 pm that my parcel is to be delivered and prepare such amount.The courier sender who happens to be my friend had long been dead! What kind of computer programming is that???

This review involves a particular seller/store. Ordered during 11.11 sale. Most of my items, even from China came after a few days. One store did not even pack items by 11.17. I reached out to seller and they informed me that they ran low on stocks. Not true because prior to my chat, I checked their store and still offering the same item for P600. It was previously priced at P180 and on sale for P90. They cancelled my orders so I will be forced to order at a higher price. Not good business practice. I reported to Lazada and "filed" a complaint but I doubt if anything will be done about this. Just trying to warn others here of possible scenarios

Please don’t order cell phone in Lazada . Big scam , I ordered a cell phone if infinity and when delivered there is only a charger inside. Foreigners please don’t order any expensive things in Lazada they won’t refund in case of theft . My worst experience.

I buy a led mosquito killer but i recieve a fake item. From its packaging to its led lights and the seller wont reply anymore to any of my messages plus i cant write a review to that item... Lazada is a full scam...!!!

Some decent businesses operating through lazada but also many dishonest ones. Would never buy any electronics again from this site/app. Recently lost almost 4,000 pesos on a bogus Bluetooth speaker. The seller was completely unhelpful and rude. Meanwhile Lazada "support" was a waste of time. Totally pointless contacting them.

Two time I ordered a phone from this shop and twice something else came. I don't want an additional bank that hoards my money. None of these shops have anything to do with it. I feel abandoned and betrayed as a customer. I have no time for such games. And I still have little time to deal with online businesses like that. That was the last time I ordered anything from this store.

most of the seller selling fake or different from what they advertise like always EXPECTATIONS VS REALITY VERY HASSLE, TIME, TRANSFORTATION just to return the item to the courier and after that you have to wait for day/s for the seller/s decision JUST WOW VERY INCONVENTIENT. The reason i chose to buy/purchased online is hassle free, yes sometimes but "MOTT" not if i/we received defective item/s that's the hassle starts.

Hinold hostage nila ang 20k kong pera na pambayad sana ng bills ko pero dahil di gumagana ang lazada wallet nila di ko mabayaran at ang sabe pa saken non withdrawable daw ang pera. Wag nyo na subukan magpasa ng pera sa lazada. Dahil wala na kayo magagawa, it will all be in their discretion.

I've had 2 things that i ordered and got the wrong item or something fake and both times with pictures Lazada honored the seller to NOT give me my money back. I even showed a screenshot of the seller sending me a message saying if I give them a good review they will approve the refund and if not, they will fight it.

I hate you for choosing XDE being one of your Logistics. They are unreliable and they are the worst courier. Been waiting for my order more than 2 weeks now and still haven't receive it. Are you blind LAZADA? Or you just don't care about your customers but to earn money? Your customers have a lot of complaint about XDE. You SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Lazada has by far not the same standards you may be used to when you deal with other big online sellers. Lazada has for example clearly a third world costumer service, with an totalitarian attitude and offensive arrogance. Sure, you will always have some bad and unresponsive sellers from time to time, but than to deal also additionally with an bad Lazada costumer service and dispute team for only 900 PHP? In the last 12 month, we spent more than 200.000 PHP in Lazada, but still this attitude and offensive arrogance. Ya well, we don't need that and it gives me a headache. There are other and better options.
