“To all people who wants to buy things online especially LAZADA or yung isa may advice po na sa SM MALL or other Physical store nalang kayo bumili wag na wag po kayo bibili dyan dahil ang katotohanan dyan yung LAZZMALL na inaavertise nila ay di talaga lahat ay legit at some mostly fake. Ang katotohanan po dyan as a former seller para maging LAZZMALL member yung shop mo ay marami kang mabenta dapat. At napakabasura po ng customer chat support nila dyan lalong lalo na yung FINANCE Office magnanakaw ng seller payment. Meron din sila yan inside job kung saan pag mahal yung item na ipapaddala ng seller ay may kasabwat sila doon sa logistics para nakawin yung item at palitan ng ibang laman para masira yung seller at ma frustrate ka na kuhain yung refund. Ganyan po kasama yung department nila dyan especially yung Finance deparment nila dyan. Kaya advice ko wag nyo supportahan yang mga platform na yan dahil mga manloloko yan mga yan.”
“I love shopping in Lazada online but once you press “received” the item, they will not help you to return or refund and you must deal with the seller but unfortunately the seller will send you back to Lazada to process the return/refund. The “Received” button is deceiving so the Lazada won’t process the “return/refund and that is not acceptable at all!”

Some couriers just cancel orders even without text or call. Sone wants you to pay by gcash and tell you that they are in the place but not there. So i prefer cash on delivery because some couriers are like that. They want you to pay even the order is not delivered or they cancel and some are very distespectful. Lazada allows their pick-up team to cancel the promised pickp without any reason. At first, the cs kept telling us to wait. We for 5 months and 2 weeks. But the pick up team can cancel pick-up two times. And there is no way to contact any other department except the cs. That's Lazada's way to protect their staff who is taking advantage of the customers. Lazada is stealing money in effect!
