I receive a damaged table and ask for return pick up they denied the request because the item is too large isn't that they should provide a resolution for this it's not my fault that i receive a damaged item they want me to drop it off to the courier this is impossible very bad customer service

Beware of Lazada! I was a good customer until they treated me like a liar and a thief. The courier or the warehouse has lost the parcel I paid for. Lazada cheated me and never took responsibility for your own policies. I have tried to remain Lazadas customer for more than two month. They kept on sending me nonsensical messages, asking repeatedly the same questions, which I always answered with no result. I have called Lazada customer care, which doesn't care, many times and sent a lot of messages, wasting a lot of time and money. They proved to be not interested to solve any problem, taking responsibilities, follow their own policies and to keep me as a customer. Lazada is a completely untrustworthy and unreasonable business!

Had a fake JBL speaker. Requested a return (with video evidence). They then asked the seller to provide evidence that the product is legit (they only sent an online photo). Wtf of course the seller will decline as they already sold the fake item. Worst return policy ever. And they even guaranteed a 7-day no questions asked return/refund. Closing my Lazada account.

Worst Company. Xiaomi earbuds I purchased and returned back because It was not working properly, I choose to do self return but also through J&T express. They also took video of the packaging and also got the delivery acknowledgement from LAZADA personnel with their ID proof, and LAZADA says unable to find the package and my refund is still in the limbo. Really worse experience with LAZADA.

I received the wrong item. It's been 2 months since I've returned the item. Unfortunately no refunds has been made. No goods in my possession. Everytime I call customer service they would hold me on the phone for over 15 mins only to say we are still investigating. The item was over 1,300 pesos. All i want is my money back

WORSE COMPANY EVER! I REPORTED AN UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION THROUGH MY CC THE SAME DAY IT HAPPENED (SEPT 25) I ASKED FOR FOLLOW UPS BUT THEY JUST SAID IT’S BEING REVIEWED BY THE RELEVANT TEAM. THEN I ASKED AGAIN TODAY (OCT 8) FOR AN UPDATE AND THEY SAID THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED ON SEPT 30. TAKE NOTE I KEPT ASKING FOR FOLLOW UPS BUT THEY TOLD ME JUST NOW THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IT’S NEGLIGENCE ON THEIR PART. THE NAMES OF THE AGENTS WERE JONASH, CHARLENE, LLOYD, JAM, JOSHUA G., AND MJ.

Wrong items shipped. No offer of voucher or discount. Costs money to print label and repackage. Their courier LEX in Cebu is assigned to pick up item. I am told a date by Lazada. LEX comes to my address in the morning without confirming I can be there. I am at work. They call me and leave an SMS. I tell them will be back at 4 p.m. LEX confirms, but they come about 90 minutes late. The LEX guy comes. He accuses me of missing my morning pickup, and he acts as if he is doing me a favor by taking the return parcel. They do not scan it. Why? Lazada does not equip them with scanners. I check Lazada website. No confirmation of my return. I complain. They asked if I took a photo of the courier. Lazada never instructed me to do so. They promise to track it down. Waste of time, money, and effort. No offer of voucher or discount to compensate. Cheap and incompetent -- Lazada & LEX.

I missed only 1 payment with my laz paylater then I paid it right after for a long time now. I cant use my paylater again and will never shop with your company Ive bought thousands from you but you never valued customer. Worst experience

Worst, worst company to deal with. Products are delivered broken, then when trying to get return and refund the customer service is a nightmare. They surely need lot more training. I am closing my account with them. Will move to something else. Be warned, customer service is the worst.

Tv was not delivered. Lazada app listed as delivered. Seven complaints and all I get is stupid answers. No help so far. I will continue to complain until they refund my money. Terrible customer service.

The refund process is very unsatisfactory,yet they are telling that COD refund process takes only 24 hours,now its 2 weeks till then my refund value on my lazaa wallet is not appearing , balance where in fact i didnt get any amount.

The refund process was exceedingly unsatisfactory. I submitted a request for a refund due to receiving an incorrect and unclean item, yet it took nearly two weeks to receive a response, which ultimately resulted in the rejection of my refund request. This experience has been extremely disappointing. It further reinforces my belief that Shopee provides a superior service compared to this ineffective application.

I bought a bible index/tabs color white for catholic bible but seller gave me a colorful one and intended for Protestants be bible. I return it through LBC and paid for the shipping. The seller returned my money but not the shipping that I shouldered, Lazada gave it back but in a form of Lazada rewards with 30 days expiration. Don't fall for it guys, it's a hoax!

Can't trust anything on this site. I expected this so have only paid COD. Their on time shipping is a joke they just change the goalposts with that. The couriers they use are even more of a joke. Soo many times the couriers say customer unreachable when they never made any attempt. If I do ever receive an item I've no complaints as yet.

Purchased Brute roof rack and when it was the incorrect fit and I decided to return it, packaged it up nicely and sent photos of the packaging. Seller refused to do the return and customer service is still playing a ridiculous cat an mouse game of asking for more photos and more information day after day. Lazada has the worst online customer service of anyone I ever used. Shoppee is the best. Do not uses Lazada.
