“Bad company with the worst business ethics. Worst customer and courier service among all apps. Their courier gives the parcel to unknown people with no consent from the buyer. Their courier also don't deliver the package but will put their reason as, "the customer refused the parcel". Even if you report this, they will do nothing. They will reply with AI-generated messages and will never provide an actual human reply.
I was waiting for the parcel for two days when it was announced that there will be an attempt to deliver it. They didn't even try to deliver, just returned the parcel to the owner.”

“More than 2 weeks now and I still don't have my refund yet! More than 2 weeks since I filed for return after receiving a broken TV. I did multiple contacts already with their customer service and have been lied multiple times. Inconsistent answers and resolution. TV is already dropped off and no one seems to care about my concern anymore. No one will entertain me via chat and they stopped responding via email already. “I ordered products from Lazada, order placed on 24 Mar 2024.
When package arrived 31 Mar 2024 the parcel was broken.
I returned the products Placed on 1 April 2024.
on 3 April i got the following message from Lazada: We were unable to accept your return. We will ship the item back to you.
Because of the parcel was broken they stated.
So how should I have done different, repair the broken products before returning them?
They offered me a 30% refund only, which I did not accept.
Until today they only come with lame excuses.
Rest assured, bla, bla, bla.
I have done my last shopping @ Lazada.

“Customers must be the ones to adjust to courier schedule even when they were inforned to deliver the package in the morning only because customer is at work in the afternoon. Some couriers just cancel orders even without text or call. Sone wants you to pay by gcash and tell you that they are in the place but not there. So i prefer cash on delivery because some couriers are like that. They want you to pay even the order is not delivered or they cancel and some are very distespectful. Also there are many scammers who deliver wrong items.”
“I am going through bad experiences using lazada app. Before it was nice and very helpful. But since I started using lazada wallet on buying items. It started to mess up. I've been wanting to buy a cat cage so I bought one using lazada wallet. But the item never came to me. I waited for couple of days to weeks to get the refund. “Mali na nga nirefund na amount, ang bagal pa magproseso, ikaw pa gusto nila makipagcoordinate sa seller at banko.
Hindi man lang naisip ng mga customer service representatives na mga ito na dapat sila ang nakikipagcoordinate dahil internal issue nila ang nagkamali tapos customer nila pag aayusin nila ng problema. 2 buwan na hindi parin naaayos.
Sasabihin anticipate ng 24 to 48 hours pero wala man lang update kahit nag fofollow up ka.
