I cancelled my order and can't refund my money back It's really bad company

Thanks for your feedback Tomasz. I'm not sure what the problem was here, all refunds need to be processed to the same method of payment you used to make your original order. I have had a look into this for you and it appears that refund has since been processed. Can I also take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards Shaun

Although I ordered a small product nearly a month ago it is yet to arrive. I sent an email to customer services after 2 weeks - no reply to that. I telephoned after 2 and a half weeks and they phoned me back to say it was due in the following day and they would send it out guaranteed next day. There have been 4 working days for it to arrive and Surprise Surprise it still isn't here. A total lack of communication since and no product. I wouldn't recommend them.

One month after making my purchase and after writing two emails without reply I am still awaiting news as to when you might be able to deliver my goods.

Door arrived damaged due to courier. Replacement didn't arrive on time as arranged. Still charged next day delivery Not the best

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies for your door being delivered damaged. As we use a national courier service, we can only control the couriers to a certain extent. We would always rectify any damages as quickly and efficiently as we can. The delivery charge you have paid is not necessarily for next day delivery - it's a standard delivery charge based on weight and volume of your order, and your delivery address. We would always deliver any order as quickly as we physically can, which is usually next working day if at all possible. Thank you again for your feedback. Kind regards Shaun

My order was out of stock (waited nearly a week to bother telling me). I wanted a refund (over a week later no refund) and had to chase up. Will certainly not be using you again. Now, I've received an email saying "leave us a review and you'll receive a discount code". This is actually not a viable retail practice - it is considered bribery!

PORT ROYAL CLASSIC CUBE 8 SEATER SET Horrendous experience. From day one there has been problems. After trying to place an order :- No body rings you back You tried to charge me vat on top of advertised price. Told it would take 10-15 days delivery. It took 6 weeks As it was a birthday present it was a huge Let Down Told furniture cover was in stock and would be added to order. 4 weeks later told it was out of stock and not available at all. You are still advertising it on the web. Took the full amount off my card and did not refund the cover. Told I would be called prior to delivery to arrange a date. The delivery turned up with no warning which was a problem. Made a total of 8 calls chasing my order with lots of promises on delivery and non of them materialised. Unable to talk to anyone in authority. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO USE YOUR COMPANY AND I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS ON THE WEB FIRST I only wanted good service !

Hello Mr Hanslip, I can only apologise for the issues you have had on your order. I know we have been having a lot of trouble with the garden furniture supplier who's product you purchased. This is probably going to lead to the removal of all of their products on the website. Not very good. Ordered a new sink, waited for it for a good while then contacted Leader Stores only to be told the sink was "Obsolete"! If it was the case why was it still on the website? Took ages to get a refund and I had to email and ask for that a few times as they didn't offer to give me my money back. Not happy to be honest.

Hi Robert, I apologise for any inconvenience caused. The item you had ordered had recently been discontinued by the supplier. This item has since been removed from sale on our website. Our refunds policy is to complete refunds within 72 hours of request. I apologise if this was not the case and will investigate to ensure it doesn't happen again. Items in Stock - means they are not and are with suppliers. 3-5 day delivery - its now 11th day post order and still not recieved I spoke to them at 10:00 Friday, they'd just had the delivery from the supplier and promised it would be on next day delivery for tomorrow before 13:00 ie Saturday delivery. I repeated back to them what they had just said, as we would need to chnage our day to ensure we were in. Confirmed Saturday with TNT before 13:00. Spoke to TNT today and the delivery is due for Monday, no special for today. Tried for over an hour to speak to them today on contact number and phone just kept ringing. use this company only if you want poor customer service and can wait ages for delivery - they are cheap however you get what you pay for.

Good Morning Ian, We can only apologise for the delay in delivering the item. Firstly when it came to the point of ordering, the supplier was short on stock. This was not reflected on our weekly stock update meaning we had incorrect information. With regards to the Saturday delivery, on this occasion it seems an inputting error meant it was booked for Monday. I apologise sincerely for this. Finally, regards to our office hours, we are actually closed on a Sunday as stated on the website, so your call would not have been taken. The delivery days are not true: I cancelled my order because the delivery was 3 daysand then it turned out that the manufacturer had 15 days delivery and nobody could give me the contact number for the manufacturer to chase my order so I cancelled it. Hopelessly dishonest advertising!!!

Extremely poor service. Purchased product on line only to be told next day it wasn't in stock. Took over 10 days and several phone calls to get a refund. Went overdrawn because of this. Reluctant to use Leader Stores again.

Good Morning David, Apologies for the delay in refunding your order. There was a small banking transaction error which caused a significant delay on your refund. Hi, I ordered the Joseph three bunk bed, it was supposed to be in stock with a 3 to 7 day delivery time. This was a lie you did not have it in stock and told me delivery was expected in November 3 months later. I asked for a refund and still after a week the money has still not reached my account. I have been advised I will get it but still have not yet. I will not consider buying from you in the future the service is filled to the brim with lies.

Good Morning Sahail, Thanks for the feedback, I apologise for any inconvenience caused by the item being out of stock with our supplier Joseph. We do request regular stock updates from all suppliers, however it is not always possible for us to receive them, meaning there are occasionally issues with stock. All refunds are processed within 72 hours of request as standard, however it can depend on your bank as well on how long the transaction reversal will take to complete. If required to we can often provide transaction authorisation details to speed up this process and track the transaction with your bank. Many Thanks, Leader Stores.

Still waiting for some of my order, keep being told it's coming from the supplier but I know when I'm being fobbed off. Will have to seek refund from credit card company, avoid this company!
