“Great price but the delivery charge was annoying. Most offer it free over a certain amount. (Half a star off) The laminate and scotia arrived quickly even though other companies were struggling to give times. Came on a pallet well packed and in a tube by courier. Lovely laminate luckily as the photos as the website were rubbish ( half a star off).”

“I contact customer by email took 2 goes to get some action as there was a problem with furniture I purchased got back to me second time contact them to say there have past it on to manufacture have not heard anything since. Other than that I was happy with price and delivery . Customer service need to keep customer informed what is going on”

“The quality of the product was lower than I expected so although the price was good it do not represent the bargain that I thought it would be. The assembly instructions were not very easy to follow and seemed incomplete (ie they made assumptions that not everyone would follow until they could not carry out the next stage). Once it was assembled it looks OK so over al i am reasonable satisfied.”

“Price of the product I needed (walnut contiboard) was originally high compared to other suppliers but this was then subsequently reduced to a more competitive price which encouraged me to buy. On delivery, one of the items was damaged but a call to Leader Stores resulted in a replacement being quickly sent without any hassle.”

“Ordered on line several louvred doors. They arrived day after well packaged, however, the courier would not wait the 15 minutes identified in T&C's to check them.”

“I recently placed an order that I left a review for, due to being unhappy with the service. I am revising that review, since I have had my issue resolved. I was promptly contacted by the sales manager, who took the time to call me and I feel he went the extra mile. I would recommend leader stores to people, as the price and quality of product is of a good standard. My only critique at this time would be that the timescale in receiving an order can be unclear, or take longer than initially advised.”

“this table lamp arrived on 6/1/16 but it was ordered on 12/12/15 probably the delay was down to the holiday period. however it was well wrapped and we are very pleased with it.we will deal with leader stores again. david parry”

“I ordered my sheet of 8' black ash board on 9th December. I realise that I did not select the quick delivery option and Christmas and New Year have intervened but I would have expected it to have been delivered by now. I will leave it a few days longer and then contact you again if necessary. My ratings are therefore provisional and may be higher when I receive the item.”

“I ordered some solid oak furniture board . It was well packaged to avoid chips/scratching and when I opened it I was happy . Used it to make tv bench and various shelving . It sanded up lovely and looks amazing with a clear varnish/wax and furniture polish . Very happy . I would have rated 5 stars but communication about delivery was poor as it advertised next day and this did not happen I rang up 3 days later and was told it would be with me that day , so I waited in for delivery and it did not arrive until the following day again . This area needs improving on as it is an important part of customer service/customer satisfaction . Overall though I was extremely happy with the product .”

“Excellent product at an excellent price ! Ordering on-line is quick and efficient Having a query necessitated a phone call. I was kept waiting for nearly 20 minutes as there was a queue of at least 4 callers. I feel this is an area where you can improve. If you set out your stall as an on-line retailer you should have an efficient telephone enquiry facility to match. I told your operator this but he tried to tell me how busy you were - which is not my concern. Great that you are busy - but staff up to handle peak time enquiries promptly and efficiently I am giving you this information as you have asked for helpful comments. Nothing worse that hanging on the phone for long periods. Regards S Rowland”

“Service too fast! Ordered 44 packs of flooring that were on 5-7 days lead time but they arrived next day. Only issue was no notification of dispatch so first time I knew order had been dispatched was when driver rang to say he was trying to deliver!”

We should always notify you of any delivery by way of an automatic email which is sent the day of dispatch, however if you have not received this I apologise. “Hi really good customer service. Emails responded too so quickly and helpful. Issue with wrong colour box (3 boxes made up garden furniture order) was quickly remedied and resolved. Garden furniture is great - just need sunshine.”
