“The wallpaper is excellent and looks really chic. The service we received was fairly good although it would have been good to have a better idea on when to expect the goods rather than a 5-7 day window. The help given on the phone was good as I needed to confirm details before placing the order.”

“Product itself was stunning value for money. Really pleased. Not sure what happened to the order itself as I had to chase after over a week of waiting. However, once the contact was made the order arrived promptly. If they had another one I'd be buying it.”

“Excellent product and safely delivered, although the delivery man had to be persuaded to wait while goods were checked. But had to ring and email twice to get a delivery date within the 3 a 5 days promised online as confirmation your end took longer than expected.”

“I received an email outlining the process and everything happened as detailed. I decided to take up the offer of interest free credit and I did not find the process completely straight forward and I am financially and computer savvy, but I got there in the end. I would shop again with this company.”

“I ordered a chest of drawers to come assembled to start it was late coming as it was out of stock but the firm didn't think to let me know I contacted leader store and they did everything to find out what was happening and it eventually arrive at 7 am we thought great but it was flat packed they dropped it in the hall was told it should have been assembled not my paper was the reply I had to pay someone to assemble as we are in our 70s phone leader they are dealing with Julian bowen there service has been good”

“Although the French doors I ordered took the maximum time suggested to arrive, I did get responses to my email queries about where the order was, and they did then turn up when I was told they would. After reading a fair amount of not so great reviews of Leader Stores I was concerned after the initial couple of weeks of waiting for delivery, but in my case the communication was good and they didn't let me down. The product is of excellent quality as well.”

“Dear sir. I am retired active, I found the doors were as usual excellent, however they were damaged in the delivery process the face of one had apparently be dropped or knocked and bruised on the face side, the other had been knocked on the corner and split a piece off the inside of the corner. I was however able to repair them satisfactorily for the customer, with a £20.00 reduction, I would buy leader doors again, I believe this was a transportation problem and unfortunately we do not live in a perfect world.
