“I ordered some liberty doors and they were of brilliant quality. The carpenter who fitted them also pointed out that they was of a very good standard. For a small price, these beautiful doors have transformed my home.”

“My experience with Leader Stores was good. They were very helpful in promptly returning my payment in full for a pine door supplied by their manufacturer which proved to be sub-standard. Will certainly do business with them again but most probably, buying a different product. Dave. R.”

“I purchased a louvre door. Leaders supplied a great product at a great price and provided great service. There was a slight problem with delivery but this was quickly and amicably resolved. I think this is important, every supplier has problems it's how they are sorted that is important. I found Leaders to be efficient and friendly and would not hesitate to recommend”

“I needed Contiboard to replicate kitchen units for an upgrade. The DIY stores only seem to stock white or woodgrain melamine finishes. Grey and cream were needed and these were on Leader Stores website. It was very easy to order and pay online. The goods (which have very fragile edges and corners) arrived well within the stated time and in perfect condition - having travelled all the way from Hartlepool to Wimborne in Dorset. The carrier helped unload 17 boards into my detached garage. Leader service and prices (free carriage over £50) are excellent. I recommend them without reserve! Martin Fredriksen.”

“Was delighted with the product and the service was exceptional!! I live in Norfolk and my local DIY store wanted a £30 delivery fee to deliver to me (I only live 5 miles from said store) and I would have had to wait a week for delivery. As you can imagine I was gobsmacked to receive my order in 2 days with only a £9 delivery fee. Needless to say any other materials I need in the future I shall be purchasing from yourselves. Absolutely delighted!!”

“Item I ordered was initially out of stock I was contacted promptly offered refund and given date when item would come in. Decided to wait for item and was contacted again promptly with delivery date. Item arrived all good recommend service”

“Love the copper pendants, finish off my kitchen beautifully. Received many compliments on them too. Competitive price after searching online. Order and delivery was v quick and easy and customer services notified me of a delay in delivery which wasn't a problem whatsoever.”

“The delivery driver was very helpful and polite. The packaging certainly protected the doors which were fautless. They replaced solid panel doors; one for the kitchen, the other for the lounge. As a result, our hall has more natural light coming in and there is now no danger of bumping into any one working in the kitchen. The quality of the product was the best. Neighbours and friends have all admired them. Many thanks”

“The country border Tiffany lamp is beautiful. The only thing that confused me a little was when I was checking what bulls I needed. It stated on the website that I needed 3. There are only two bulbs required. My daughters lamp has three bulbs. Have they changed it? It doesn't really matter as I love the lamp.”
