“Ordering via website was easy, delivery was as advertised and the goods were received in perfect condition. One minor problem however, I realised that "next day delivery" would not be convenient as I was due to be out for a considerable portion of that day. I called the order line and spoke to a very helpful person who understood my problem and promised to delay the delivery to another agreed time. Apparently the instruction didn't reach the right place in time as I found the delivery propped against my back door on the following day on my return home in the evening. Fortunately the weather stayed dry so no damage done.”

“The best price online by a lot. Delivered as advertised the next day. Fast and efficient. I have already recommended to other people, family and friends but have to stop now because they say "you rave about that company". But hey if you find something good then why not.”

“Very good service provided by Leader Stores. Ordered a length of cupboard plinth which was dispatched promptly and arrived the next day. Item was well packaged as it could have been easily damaged in transit. Would recommend this company.”

“The kids love the new dining table/chairs. It's very elegant and strong, the look and feel is also brilliant. The most interest part is the setup, extremly easy to put together. Takes less than one hour.”

“The purchase was so easy. The confirmation emails and communication were perfect as well as the follow up telephone call to confirm the delivery. The call handler was very polite and well informed. The bed we ordered was exactly as described and my daughter is over the moon - to the point she was in bed by 7pm the day it was put together with no arguments. Thank you”
