“Mark and others went the extra mile to ensure that my doors were sent - exceptional quality - and liaised with Deanta to ensure that my further door was delivered direct from the supplier, to enable the order to be expedited more for quickly. Superb service”

“I phoned my order through after coming across Leader Stores on the internet. The call handler was extremely helpful and friendly and the goods arrived within the next 24 hours. Not only was the pricing very competitive the level of customer service and efficiency was of the highest order. I would recommend Leader Stores and will definitely use them again in the future.”

“Fast efficient delivery, came ready assembled so slotted straight into place. Nice looking product that is better in the flesh than on the website. I really like the product, I would love it if they had a matching large bookshelf. I would definitely recommend the product and company.”

“Very good service. Goods received when specified. I would have liked to have been able to track the order to have known if delivery was morning or afternoon, rather than having to stay indoors all day waiting to mid-afternoon. Other than that the service was good and the items were good. The colour shown on the internet was a close match to the colour received.”

“read a lot of feedback saying this company had bad service and delivery issues i can honestly say that this is far from the case in my experience. they delivered on time customer service brilliant and even are refunding me for a few boxes of wood i over ordered. A++ thank you for a great service”
