THESE DOORS ARE EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND THERE ARE NOT MANY COMPANIES THAT DO NOT IMPORT THEM FROM THE USA, WITH HIGHLY EXPENSIVE POSTAGE. THESE WERE DELIVERED PROMPTLY IN IN PERFECT CONDITION. THE FITTINGD WERE INCLUDED AND EASY TO INSTALL. UNDERCOATING AND PAINTING WERE VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD. THE ONLY NEGATIVE I EXPERIENCED WAS THE VERY LOUD SQUEEK WHEN THE DOORS SWING. I HAVE E MAILED REQUESTING ADVICE BUT HAVE HAD NO REPLY TO DATE. ONCE THAT OBSTACLE HAS BEEN OVERCOME I WILL BE TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE.

Delivery was very fast and communication great. The driver apparently hit a tree on the first planned delivery day, but they called promptly to let me know and it arrived the next day. The only thing I would say though, hence not a 'vert good', is that the driver wasn't great. He wouldn't bring the van, which wasn't huge, into the lane for fear of hitting another tree. (when I moved in we had one of the large removal vans not only came into the lane but turned around in there as well). So I had to help him unload it around the corner and wheel it down the lane on the trolley (a 4 piece patio furniture suite!!). I was just about okay to do this, but many people wouldn't be. So the store were great, but the delivery on the day left a little to be desired.

Very happy with the day bed delivered. My daughter is over the moon. However, waiting for the delivery for over a week wasn't great, sadly I feel this let the service down a little. But overall very happy with the product.

Hi Amanda, thanks for the great feedback. We understand where you are coming from regarding the wait for the bed, unfortunately this bed is ordered in from the supplier so there is always a bit of a lead time on their products. I placed an order online, when the item arrived it was damaged. I sent an email detailing the problem with photos and received my replacement within days!! Very good service

I ordered some garden furniture which meant someone had to be in to receive the order. The delivery was automatically set to next day so I had to phone up customer services to change it to an appropriate day when someone would be in. I would have preferred to have selected my delivery day at the checkout as you can with many other online companies e.g. ao.com.

The information and images on the website were particularly helpful in making choices, and the additional advice there on selection a fitting was invaluable. The emails confirming order and providing notice of delivery came through as expected. I'd certainly use this supplier again.

My ordered items were delayed by over a week, I wasn't given much with regards to update and it was me chasing. On top of this, when the items did come they were damaged and I again had to endure further chasing. You may ask why I then give them 4 stars? Well the fact the damaged goods were replaced without question helped to believe that behind the company is reputable and my delayed and damaged order was a freak occurrence.

Wrong item arrived but they were quick to acknowledge, apologise and order right item. Communication could be better but overall great item at good price.

Overall, the service from Leaders was good, however the courier they use was terrible. I stayed at home all day as the slot was 9am-5pm but the item did not appear, nor did it come when the very helpful and polite customer services person (Mark Green) rearranged it for the following Saturday. It eventually appeared the next Monday. The table was the same but cheaper than others online, had free delivery (!) and customer services were human and courteous. Leaders should use another courier though.

My starring of "good" is to do with the communication with your store...emails and phone calls etc. I could not say "very good" as I am still waiting for my order which now has a waiting time of sixteen weeks! This is a disappointment as I was hoping the furniture would be delivered long before this. However, this is not your fault

The only reason you didn't get very good was because the delivery was critical and you almost failed to deliver, shame really but the goods themselves were spot on what i was expecting
