Was very helpful when I was canceling my order & on getting my money back it would take a few working days, still waiting up to this day to receive it & it's not been 3/4 weeks waiting for it

If I had received delivery of my item, I would be able to leave a more constructive review. As of today, despite numerous emails and calls, I still have no idea when I will receive delivery of my order.

Had not heard of co before but found what I was searching for on their site,spoke to helpfull guy on phone,ordered and it arrived 2 days later. Couldn"t be better!!

Very poor service. After a long wait I was told the order was on the van, only to discover it wasn't and it was now discontinued. Ordered item from Tesco's and it was delivered next day. I would never use Leader Stores again and have told all my friends to avoid using it.

Good morning Linda. Please accept our further apologies. Your special order item was to be drop shipped direct from our supplier, and we accept that between ourselves and the supplier a system error has led to your item no longer being available, despite showing it was so. This is rare, and we have been, and continue to take steps to avoid stock errors. I am sorry that you did not wish to consider an alternative item, and your order was refunded immediately. I recently placed an order that I left a review for, due to being unhappy with the service. I am revising that review, since I have had my issue resolved. I was promptly contacted by the sales manager, who took the time to call me and I feel he went the extra mile. I would recommend leader stores to people, as the price and quality of product is of a good standard. My only critique at this time would be that the timescale in receiving an order can be unclear, or take longer than initially advised.

Very good quality product delivered and good packaging. Leader could have kept me better informed regarding estimated delivery lead times, as the item took 18 days from order to arrival.

Wanted a carrier for my lampshade. Person went to a lot of trouble to identify the correct one. Very helpful. When it arrived it was just right. Would definitely use again.

I ordered two planks of mahogany faced contiboard which arrived quickly as advertised, however one was the wrong size. I contacted them first thing on a Friday morning and they promised me the correct board would be despatched for Saturday delivery. I finally got it on Wednesday and labelled for overnight delivery not Saturday am. The whole sorry saga had delayed me four days and I had spent hours in the phone to them and the courier before it was resolved. Someone was telling 'porkies. I will not be using them again. l bet they don't post this on their website!

read a lot of feedback saying this company had bad service and delivery issues i can honestly say that this is far from the case in my experience. they delivered on time customer service brilliant and even are refunding me for a few boxes of wood i over ordered. A++ thank you for a great service

Web site was easy to navigate to find the items required among the comprehensive ranges stocked. Items were delivered in good time. Quality and condition very good as expected, therefore would recommend Leader Stores.

I orderED my lamps paying you over £350 on the 20th of December. I still not have received them. Please refund me immediately or send me the lamps today and refund me 25% for inconvenience caused. These lamps were for a friends birthday on 15th of January and the date has now been missed !!!! On payment you informed me that the item would take 5 to 7 working days to arrive. IT IS NOW 27 DAYS SINCE I ORDERED THE LAMPS. I CANNOT RECOMMEND YOU to my friends and family unless you sort my order out TODAY ?????

I ordered the goods on 16th December 2015 and the items were shown as in stock. When I hadn't received them by the end of December I sent an email asking when the items would be received only to be told that they had been ordered from Belgium and you were awaiting for delivery. You have also taken payments even though the goods still haven't been received !!

With regards to the payment being taken; this would always be the case upon the customer placing an order on the website as usual, although we would like to apologise if this was not made clear. Having looked at your order, I can see that one item on the order is currently being held up on it's way into us from the supplier. It is currently on the water and the container is due to dock early next week. As soon as this delivery arrives into us - you will receive a phone call from the transport team to book in a specific delivery date of your choice. If at any point during this time you feel you can no longer hold on for the order, you are welcome to cancel for a full refund at any point. We are also in the process of generating an online discount code for you, which we will send over via email; to come part way to apologising for the inconvenience caused by this delay. Kind regards

Great selection, good prices, that said the customer service is awful. Ordered lights first week in December, still haven't arrived, have called a number of times and I'm told I will get a call back. I haven't had one call or email, so I'm still no closer to knowing if/when I will get my lights.

Having looked at your order I can see the inital delay was due to a missing part from your order, which was incorrectly supplied from the manufacturer. We have had this same issue on a couple of occasions from the same supplier which we are currently looking into as it is causing an inconvenience due to delays to a number of our customers. this table lamp arrived on 6/1/16 but it was ordered on 12/12/15 probably the delay was down to the holiday period. however it was well wrapped and we are very pleased with it.we will deal with leader stores again. david parry

I am extremely unhappy as I am still waiting for my flooring to be delivered. I keep ringing to get information re delivery but I am being told it's the supplier they are waiting to hear from. This is not good enough!!!!
