“I was promised my item after 3 days. Still hadnt received it after 4 weeks nor any tracking info. Also didnt respond to my emails. Ended up disputing on paypal and only then did they contact me. Only good feedback was they quickly refunded my money.”

As I can see from your order, there was an unfortunate unforeseen stocking error stemming from the manufacturer - however the information regarding this should have been passed on to yourself a lot sooner than it was. We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this error in communication had caused. We would like to re-iterate that this is certainly not our usual procedure, and we hope to see you again in the future so that we can prove our usual high standards of service. “The quality of the product was lower than I expected so although the price was good it do not represent the bargain that I thought it would be. The assembly instructions were not very easy to follow and seemed incomplete (ie they made assumptions that not everyone would follow until they could not carry out the next stage). Once it was assembled it looks OK so over al i am reasonable satisfied.”

“The product I ordered was in turn ordered from manufacturer and they delivered the wrong item to Leaders. Following re-order I received the goods quickly. I feel Leaders could have let me know that through no fault of theirs there would be a delay. Instead I had to ring up after two weeks to inquire as to the state of my order. Otherwise the service was good and the product arrived in good condition.”

“Fast efficient delivery, came ready assembled so slotted straight into place. Nice looking product that is better in the flesh than on the website. I really like the product, I would love it if they had a matching large bookshelf. I would definitely recommend the product and company.”

“Price of the product I needed (walnut contiboard) was originally high compared to other suppliers but this was then subsequently reduced to a more competitive price which encouraged me to buy. On delivery, one of the items was damaged but a call to Leader Stores resulted in a replacement being quickly sent without any hassle.”

“Not that easy to order - had to call as delivery was 'on hold' - no one could really tell me why. Quality of door good but I needed to return it - the website suggested this was "no problem" however, I was advised to arrange sending it back myself and couldn't find a courier to take such a large item. I've now been in touch (3 times) so hope I might get some suggestions. Staff pleasant and prompt enough.”

“Very good service. Goods received when specified. I would have liked to have been able to track the order to have known if delivery was morning or afternoon, rather than having to stay indoors all day waiting to mid-afternoon. Other than that the service was good and the items were good. The colour shown on the internet was a close match to the colour received.”

“Absolutely useless. I placed an order and realised I had brought the wrong item. I called the customer service team 3 minutes after and was told I would need to request a refund via email. The next day I received an email to say my order had been dispatched! Another phone call later I was told to pop my complaint in yet another email and if the item had been dispatched I would have to accept it and return it myself! After many emails later I finally received my refund a week later!!!!! Very stressful and unnecessary”
