Worst company that I have ever dealt with - will not reply to an complaint emails. Having to do a 'chargeback' via my card company.

AVOID! Slow shipping, wont accept returns without charging "Deducting return costs of £15.66 per box along with original shipping" Completely illegal and against the EU "Distance Selling Directive (97/7)" "Legislation dictates that the buyer must pay the return costs but gain a full refund (original postage cost)" Going via paypal now for a FULL refund. Edit1: Finally received a FULL refund via paypal. LedKia did a partial refund (deducting £16) . Went back to paypal and got it all. Never again, and I certainly would NOT trust the wording "If you're not satisfied, we'll give you your money back."

I bought street lights. I paid money through paypal but I didn't get the lights. It's a scam company. if you want to lose your money it can buy from this company.

Phoned up and asked what in needed for job required, told which bits but had place order online, obviously parts are wrong for requirements.Tried returning them but told my problem as I ordered wrong parts and then had phone put down on me by very rude woman (American or Canadian I think). I suggest no one uses these scams artists that have no knowledge of what they are selling or doing.

I am in the process of trying to get an RMA from this company. I ordered 60 (almost £700) of led lamps. Upon arrival 21 out of 60 were damaged. I immediately emailed then to ask about how we proceed? The photos and RMA were sent late due to a family death from Covid and some time away from work. The packaging was non existent. Just a regular cardboard box fully loaded with fragile glass lamps. Every lamp around the perimeter was smashed/damaged. Not a carrier issue, it's whoever dispatched them' in this state and expected them to stay in one piece! They have emailed today stating the RMA has been cancelled and will not allow any returns. I cannot understand how any reputable company can do this? I am awaiting a reply. They have always been professional in the past but I'll wait for a reply and then submit more reviews.

I have ordered the wrong lamp. The lamps are from Spain !! It says that you have to pay € 15.75 for return. Fine! They took 2 times this amount and paid the rest while shipping was free. Scam. Cheap anyway! Shop elswhere!

Bought 5 para 38 led bulbs. 3 didn't work. Getting absolutely nowhere with customer service like so many other reviewers. Should have checked this company out before ordering. Amazing that they can get away with this sort of service

Horrendous experience, order arrived with an item missing and no paperwork. I contacted the company by email to receive a response a week later telling me I didn't follow procedure! A disgusting way to treat customers, never again.

I returned some bulbs and LEDKIA deducted multiple charges that they did not tell me about. This resulted in only a fraction of my money being refunded. Despite challenging this LEDKIA have been slow to respond and reluctant to resolve the issue. There are far better, more trustworthy bulb shops out there. Be smart and shop somewhere else!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS They claim the "Customer Satisfaction - If you're not satisfied, we'll give you your money back." which is utter tripe. Order was delivered fine, but the LED bulbs I received appear to be seconds. They are Philips branded but they have glue on the fixings and are not Philips quality. They also are not a UK retailer. Consequently, if you try and return anything then they ask for £15 deduction for postage PLUS the original postage cost. By which time you might as well hold onto the items (which they are clearly counting on) Criminals

AVOID!! Dangerous goods, rude customers service, out of pocket!!! I only wish I read these many bad reviews first.... I have not had this misfortune to have every dealt with such a poor supplier, rude customer service that actually hanged up. This is my first and hopefully last negative response I've posted to put this in perspective. Even when I sent pictures via email of our electrician showing the 220v current rectifier cable reading OVER 600volts!? This on both product dangerously fault and absolutely no interest in dealing with this except "asking me to make a 15 second video and send back to Spain" at my cost!? These dangerously faulty plugs, which they want me to send back at £25 carriage to me when the 2 leads are worth less than £8 each? I then purchased more to utilize the LED cable (worth over £100) already installed and their DPD driver said they have entered the wrong mobile number, could not change and only Ledkia could update. Ledkia customer service suggested I get in my car drive 37 miles / 80 mins to collect before they (DPD) send it back to Spain??? They claim address was wrong but DPD said they just couldn't find house number and mobile was wrong (missing a digit). Mobile was correct on order and either way, why am I having to chase up their courier in the first place and being told to drive 37 miles??? They refused to call DPD, DPD refused to update my details to delivery and cannot raise a complaint on their online email (don't want to be hang-up on), as this also DOES NOT WORK. Terrible/no existing customer service experience proven dangerously faulty products and just don't care as they have my money, end of. - Avoid, avoid, avoid !!! I will update this post IF/WHEN they care to finally respond to and deal with BOTH these serious failings but experience and stressed caused can not be taken back.

shocking company, purchased a dimmer switch which Ledkia recommended, but it wouldn't switch off the lights. I used a different Dimmer from B&Q and that worked fine. See attached video. Ledkia soay they have a money back Guarantee but they will do everything possible to avoid giving a refund - like asking for a video of the item not working. Even when you send this they will take weeks ,and then ask for more photos and then cancel the refund (its all online via their account system) - not to mention the return fee of 15.99 for a small light switch! AVOID and don't fall for fancy website or the UK number - they are based in Spain!!!!!!

I placed my order on the 8th August. I have made repeated requests for you to tell me when they will arrive. I am still waiting for the bulbs or an indication when they will arrive!!! The very least you could do would be to answer my requests. Very poor customer service. Web site contact does not work. Had to phone a 13p per minute landline to get an answer. Finally told that they will not be with me until October. Cancelled the order.

Bought 30 Led 60x60 ceiling lights , this is the description on the website. 40W 60x60cm LED Panel with a Luminous Frame (3600lm) - LIFUD Ref: 5403 / PL-MCL-6060-40 I realized when they arrived that they were only the frame. I called them top return and they said they will collect. i waited for weeks and no body came . i rand again and they said i had 14 days to return and they can not be returned now. The goods are still boxed and no item was opened. What a sham of a company. will never buy from this cowboy outfit again.
