“I met with Shelly in the beds and bedroom furniture department. She was very pleasant, easy to talk with and had plenty of time to help me work through what I really wanted. She did not try to 'push me' at all and this approach was beneficial to her and the store. I felt very comfortable with Shelly and I am now waiting on my new goods to arrive.

“Whilst looking at carpets in Llantrisant Leekes I spoke with a lady named Joyce, who advised me as I was looking to renew carpets and furniture throughout my home, I should consider making an appointment with Interior Designer, Bev Berry. A big thanks Joyce as having followed your advise I met up with Bev and I really appreciated all the help and advise Bev has been able to offer me.
Bev you have been amazingly supportive and you are a credit to Leekes with all the help and advice and liaison with other departments. I have now placed my orders and found all the staff very helpful without being pushy. Karl in Furniture department dealt with all my questions and I felt supported when making my choices but in no way ever rushed into making a decision. He certainly was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

“Had double glazed windows and doors fitted September 2015.If we had known how bad they would be fitted or how terrible their customer service is, we would never have touched them. Should have gone with our instincts. I can't write all the problems we have had because there are just too many to list. We are still getting issues fixed with them now. One being our front door which has been replaced 6 times. Another being our bathroom window handle, which was scratched & dented by them. The man turned up this week to replace the handle, (which has taken 5 months) but he turned up with the wrong colour, even though I took a picture & sent it over to Linda.. To name a few of the issues we had:
Cracked windows installed
Wrong colour handles
Different sized vents
Wrong size windows
Wrong design windows
Scratched/damaged windows
Windows Installed incorrectly, ie, could see day light through the frame. Basically, screwed in the wrong way & pushed the window out.
Window seals outside, one side would have a massive gap & the other side no space.
The list goes on and on. We have been told by Leekes the installation was not good. Even when we had more issues they sent out the original window fitter, which I denied him access. He is apparently the fittings manager now....”

“Went to shop for wallpaper, and wandered into CLEARANCE FURNITURE a lady called KAREN served us re a dining table, and then went onto buy table and 6 chairs. She was absolutely amazing her customer service was the best I have ever had. The table in clearance had two chips on it, I still wanted it and she showed us the matching chairs, which I purchased . Such a lovely shopping experience thanks to the lovely Karen. A big thank you the table ans chairs were delivered yesterday and I am over the moon with them.

Firstly Thomas in tiles was a pleasure to deal with he provided excellent advice and assisted us when we returned spare quantities. Good value for money and selection.
Secondly I would like to thank Michelle in your furniture department. She spent time with me advising and helping select mix and match items for my taste. She was professional and knowledgeable about my product selection
Thirdly the van sales staff were courteous and helpful working quickly and efficiently to assemble my table. I didn't get their names but they deserve a big thank you.
Lastly I need to mention Maureen on after sales because the bench was damaged and required a replacement.
All in all a fantastic bunch of staff we will be back again nothing seemed too much trouble.”
“ordered my kitchen with leekes of crosshands in February had nothing but problems since ,kitchen being delivered the day before it should have! items I had ordered being have to replaced because mine were unavailable, my fitter had to make good with certain parts of kitchen because of poor designer the customer service manager being very rude to me on phone, no one returning my phone calls, and the stress of being without a kitchen for six weeks because of there incompetence and still to this day I am still waiting for the original tap I ordered ?? never would I recommend this company
