had wide range of sofas etc. that we were looking for and sales assistant Michelle was helpful and charming

ordered my dining table and chairs last month was informed it would be delivered today Friday the 27 th oct driver rang to say it would be between 1-3 o'clock turned up at 2 o'clock. delivery guys where very polite brought in 2 of the chairs then disappeared for a couple of minutes, then the younger guy came in and said they had a problem the table had snapped asked me to go to the van and take a look by this stage i was fuming after taking a day of (unpaid) from work. the driver showed me where the table was damaged i was gutted to say the least. was straight on the phone to customer service to a lady i think was called Rhoslyn who was not very helpful all she wanted to know was if i was going to refuse/ not accept the delivery told her it was damaged so why would i take it I must say i was a bit abrupt with her after paying 1900.00 for the set only for it to go back on the van she did offer me a loan table i asked did they have another one of mine in stock and was told with a smile on her face not till January. told the delivery guys to take back the chairs as i would get a refund for it all they couldn't apologise enough and left after hearing my conversation on the phone, Rhoslyn told me i had to wait till Monday for my refund and someone would ring me for my card details. Still upset I went to leekes lantrisant to speak to someone face to face and was luck that Michelle i bought the set off was in the showroom told her what had happened and if there was anything she could do to bring the delivery forward rather than have a refund it took us 3 months to fine the table we like Michelle had the grace to apologise for what had happened and talked me into waiting till Jan and having a loan table funny how 2 different people working for the same company can handle customers. your delivery guys and Michelle are a credit to your company. I ordered a new Bathroom recently at Leekes, Llantirsant. I wanted a full new suite, with built in cupboards, floor and wall tiles. The salesperson that I dealt with was David George - he was patient, very knowledgeable and informative about all products and best of all, not at all 'pushy' in trying to make a sale. He came to my home to measure before finalising any order and was courteous throughout. David is a credit to the store and to Leekes - lovely to work with! Furthermore, David introduced me to one of the fitters on their Provider List - Robert Mooney. Robert came to my home to check the plan developed by David, confirm measurements etc. and to provide a quotation. Robert has just finished fitting my bathroom - an excellent job. Rob gave me his advice and ideas openly throughout - although made it clear that it was my choice and he was keen to do what I wanted with the bathroom. All in all, an excellent decision to go to Leekes. I am delighted with my new bathroom!

I have been waiting for my dining furniture to be delivered, when it I arrived the dining table was badly damaged. I received a call off customer services to say we would not be able to receive another order until February. I understand furniture has to be ordered but I am now without a dining set (I have a family party on sunday) which I explained to the advisor and also a family to eat without a table. I thought we would have been offered an alternative dining table until our order came back in February, discount or at least a genuine apology, but nothing. Very disappointed customer who is forced to look elsewhere for an alternative.

On our first visit we purchased a leather corner seating unit which arrived 12 weeks later, we were told it could take 14 weeks. We were happy with the salesman who was very helpful and the delivery team were excellent. On our second visit we were looking to buy a further chair and tables for the lounge. Michelle asked if we were OK and proceeded to help us with our choices. She was very professional and a great help throughout. She left us to discuss our options and was never pushy. Thank you Michelle we are looking forward to our delivery on Wednesday!

I was served by Karen Thomas who was extremely helpful (and patient with me I must add!). Exceptional service, lovely lady and I am very happy with my sofa. Karen was more than happy to let us browse at our own leisure, gave helpful tips without being pushy which was respected by me Thankyou Karen :)

We were browsing in Leekes today 18/10/17 in the furniture department, just looking. A sales assistant Michelle approached us and offered help and advice. She was very friendly. professional and polite and in no way pushy. We said we needed time to think and that was no problem at all. We cannot sing her praises highly enough for the manner in which she conducted herself and she is a real credit to the company. The process was sleek and smooth from start to finish.

Love Leekes, everything you could want for your home under one roof I made use of the interior design service at the Potyclun branch. Not having used such a service before I didn't know what to expect but I needn't have worried I was treated wonderfully by Bev Berry the interior design consultant assigned to me. She put me at ease immediately. Her help and expertise was invaluable. She listened carefully to what I liked and disliked and helped me come to a decision on what I wanted. Nothing was hurried or too much trouble for her. A very positive experience. Thank you Bev.

We were looking for a small table and chairs for the kitchen. Karen Thomas was extremely helpful. Providing us with all the information we needed and ensured that we considered all the options in terms of combinations of chairs to go with the table. Thanks very much indeed. They have a good range and variety of items for anywhere in the home. The items are always very good quality, the store in Llantrisant is pleasant and well laid out, making it a pleasure to browse. I wanted help choosing the right colours and designs for some curtains. I was offered the services of an interior design consultant (Bev Berry) who came to my home and helped me design not only my curtains but advised on the best type and colour of carpet to pick and even helped with choosing the right colours for my walls. She was invaluable in preventing me making costly mistakes in choosing wrong colours and designs (something I have done only too often!). I would definitely ask for her design help again.
