“I had a trademark defense issue. I contacted a friend of mine who is a patent attorney and recommended using one of the firms from which I received a legal advertisement. I contacted BreanLaw and was assigned Jackson MacDonald, Esq. He told me exactly what the process would involve including likely scenarios and how much each scenario would cost. I chose to have him defend my trademark challenge. He did so rather easily, in my opinion, and even gave me ammunition if I wanted to turn the tables on my challenger and challenge their trademark but that's not what I wanted to do. In other words, for a very low cost, I successfully defended my trademark and felt lucky that I had a competent attorney on my side.”
