My request was printed on the bottom of the packing note but no reply nor none enclosed. Samples are offered by competitors and encourage further purchase”
“The delivery was quick and it was very reasonably priced however when my item arrived (gave wash) the lid had opened so half of it was in the envelope. More care should be taken when packing, perhaps some tape over lids would help? Unfortunately next time I'd rather pay a bit more and get the entire product”

“Nice to find a company that can supply salon sized Dermalogica products, as they do tend to work out much better value for money, but like other reviewers have said, I too was a little concerned that the products didn't arrive with the Dermalogica seals in place. I have opened the products and tested them and they appear to be original and not fake, but the correct seals would have given me a little more confidence in what I had purchased. Delivery was very quick. Perhaps the company concerned could explain why the products do not have the Dermalogica seals in order to allay any fears.”

“Products were absolutely fabulous, postage and packaging left a lot to be desired! It was for a gift but all the box was bashed in this could have been the fault of Royal Mail but when this landed today the it was in had burst open and contents on my mat as it had been pushed through the letterbox! Maybe you need to think of putting these items in a box rather than a padded envelope to prevent this from happening again.”

“I ordered Dermalogica Pre-Cleansing Oil 150ml. However, the bottle was not completely full. Did I receive 150ml? this is the question! I did not empty to re-measure it out maybe I should have. The packaging did not look like a leak had taken place during transit.”
“Arrived pretty quickly but I had to collect from the post office. This is a pack that should easily fit through my letter box so not sure why this was. Also sent the wrong pack. I ordered the skin care pack for dry skin and got the normal dry which contains a gel cleanser that you use like soap. I much prefer a standard cleanser but I needed the kit as I'd run out of skincare and was going away so I've had to put up with it. Average.”
“Good to deal with,however a few items out of stock,I was informed it would be expected back in stock in 2/3 weeks.Unfortunately I couldn't wait that long so I ordered elsewhere.Could be improved giving free samples like most other companies(there have been many occasions I've purchased "add ons"from trying samples so a great way to get extra sales)”
