“Arrived pretty quickly but I had to collect from the post office. This is a pack that should easily fit through my letter box so not sure why this was. Also sent the wrong pack. I ordered the skin care pack for dry skin and got the normal dry which contains a gel cleanser that you use like soap. I much prefer a standard cleanser but I needed the kit as I'd run out of skincare and was going away so I've had to put up with it. Average.”
“The package arrived and the dermalogica box had been opened, and two of the tubes from inside the box did not have their protective seels on. When i raised this with customer service they said they would refund me if i returned the package unopened despite the fact that i had told them it had been opened. Very dissappointed and i will certainly not be reccomending this company.”
