Bought an excellent little gaming laptop, very good spec at a very good price as i bought it on offer. It has been going now for some 9 months without the slightest issue. Excellent build quality. Only issue for me is that i wish they couldve allowed a RAM upgrade at point of sale but thats a minor issue.

I bought a Lenovo all in one computer from Brent Cross John Lewis, about a year ago, in the last few month it has been going wrong,so I contacted John Lewis Technical Support team who were always to assist over the phone, and even though it was ok for a short time it went wrong again. But their technicians were very helpful . At the end of last year I bought a 5 year contract for just under £500 from UK Instant Support Team, which I was led to understand was part of Norton? I have contacted their technicians a few times about the computer problem, which there technicians took over to test software. They corrected but after a few hours the faults appeared. One of their technicians said I should change the battery in the mouse, but a wired mouse does not have a battery? I was given aa number of the person who set up the agreement, but can never get him? at 90 this has caused me frustration, disappointment, & feeling none of these technicians are able to correct the computer fault. What I do not understand is how these experts can not solve this computer problem? This experience has over all made me unhappy even though it appears they seem to try to correct the continued problem. Having paid £500 I feel that even though they try to correct the computer problem, they have not done so.

My lenovo Yoga 910 is a real pleasure to use, at the office it far exceeds its capabilities, at home it turns into my all in one entertainment center.

I have an old T520. The keyboard was great. I got used to it and it worked well. Also have a desktop where I use the Thinkpad keypad dk-855. It is pretty much the same as the T520. So...I recently purchased a P15. Never even thinking or realizing they (Lenovo) would Have a totally different keyboard. To me, this is a keyboard from Hades. It has a stupid number pad on the right side, which pretty much moves the center of the actual keypad offset to the left. The trackpoint is not in the center. You have to move the laptop to have the keypad centered to your hands, And of course, now you are looking not at the screen center but the left side of the screen. Did I just pick the wrong laptop, or are they all now like this? Can it be swapped out ? Thanks,

My Lenovo ideapad3 has several issues. First the ideapad randomly turns off the Google mail so I can neither send or recieve. I have had it in (under warrenty) but the fix only lasts for a couple months and then my email is off. Second it suddenly starts to run throug all the programs and apps like it is doing a defrag scan except it is just repeats over and over. I have to turn off the machine and allow it to reboot, sometims I have to do this several times. And every once in a while it just locks up and again I have to turn it off and restart. I have called their teck support but the support is in India and so language is an isssue. Short story they were no help.

Very poor customer service. Warranty webpage is appalling and the customer service telephone number keeps putting your through to technical help. Trying to purchase extended warranty, as it was an option on my login page, only to be told that it couldn't be done. No option to discuss or solutions given. No direct email address or phone number for customer services or complaints. Extremely poor.

In 2020 I ordered a new Thinkpad. Due to numerous mistakes on the side of Lenovo, it took about 9 months for a working laptop to arrive. In the first 2.5 years of use, the Thinkpad subsequently had many hardware breakdowns. After yet another hardware issue showed up in summer 2023, the IBM rep (on behalf of Lenovo) commented that if more than 3 major repairs are needed within a short period of time, Lenovo usually replaces the laptop. This had not happened (even though the Thinkpad should have qualified for that already in 2022) and he offered to open an Escalation Case (September 2023) in order to replace the faulty Thinkpad with a refurbished one. The Escalation Case failed ( = was refused) as the Lenovo depot - to my major surprise- found 2 small liquid stains on metal underneath the keyboard. I informed Lenovo that I suspect some droplets of soup must have accidentally entered the laptop, as the Thinkpad had absolutely no known history of liquid spills. I asked Lenovo to at least honor the fact that the Thinkpad had had many hardware breakdowns, as well as a very botched delivery history, that had nothing to do with any accidental liquid droplets. This was refused, and instead I was accused of "flooding" the laptop. The "proof" of which according to Lenovo was a sticker on the backside of the Thinkpad which had peeled on some of its sides. I informed Lenovo that absolutely no flooding of any kind had taken place, and that the fact that the sticker had somewhat come off around the edge had a completely different reason. In the 7 months following the refused Escalation Case, the Thinkpad continued to have more hardware breakdowns till in early April 2024 the 1 year old motherboard suddenly failed = death. Lenovo refuses any type of compensation, but morover consistently continues to FALSELY accuse me of "flooding" the laptop on the basis of that slightly peeled sticker. I even opened up the (now dead) laptop myself last week: zero signs of liquid having entered via the back of the laptop; zero signs of corrosion. As expected, cause the "flooding" or similar never happened. The laptop has no known history of liquid spills, and the slight peeling of the sticker on the back is the result of 'wear & tear due to mild rubbing against a folder each time the Thinkpad was placed in or taken out of the laptop compartment of my backpack. LENOVO ( REP: MORRISON), it's worse enough that you have provided very poor customer service but it's DEPLORABLE TO TIME AND AGAIN FALSELY ACCUSE A CLIENT AND IN ESSENCE SUGGEST THAT THE CLIENT IS LYING, ON THE BASIS OF INCORRECT "PROOF". STOP YOUR LIES!

The product is only a couple of weeks old the the customer service stinks. My order has been shipped out in 5 different shipments over a 6 week period with DHL Lenovo wont let the package be left in a safe place so I missed DHL on 1 occasion and have had discussions with DHL about me picking it up. In the mean time Lenovo sent me a email the I didn't see to reply in 24 hours or we are returning my package and charging 20% restocking fee. Don't order products through Lenovo.com

DON'T buy from here Don't buy from here! 1800€ Laptop Lenovo legion 5 pro suddenly won't boot, luckyli I got the 2 year premium warranty care so they offer a onsite repair (to replace probably the mobo). However... because I didn't buy the 1 year warranty for a silly 20euro to replace my SSD all my data will be lost. I asked for a additional service for the lenovo technician to save the SSD first but they deny due to a compromise of my personal data, according to the customer support, do they even care? Rather destroy everything, absolutely ridiculous, makes me so mad. If a choose to save my SSD to save my important data at a shop in my town, the warranty from Lenovo will be cancelled and if it is a faulty laptop I can't get my money back... hellish and unbelievable, I don't even want the warranty repair I just want my money back from the pc and say bye to all my data and forget about it all. If anyone have a good solution on this I would love to hear from you! Or if there is none, can we please bring them to court and see if we can shut it down so no one else has to go through this stupidity. Date of experience: March 25, 2024

I ordered a tablet and cover on Feb 5th. Due to not being able to receive with signature and unable to reschedule a delivery (UPS said that either option had to be initiated on the shipper's end, which Lenovo refused to do), the tablet was returned to Lenovo. They processed the return on February 23 (confirmed by email), and here it is month later, March 23, and I have not received my refund of $357. Lenovo customer service is THE WORST. They keep extending posting my refund when originally they said it would be 3-5 business days. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I will be calling my credit card company to dispute this charge. I bought a Samsung. Very happy.
