The original pillow I ordered was too big so they arranged a smaller one to be sent at no extra cost and allowed me to keep both until i decided which one i preferred. My neck is very fragile and I can wake up after sleeping badly and not be able to move it. Since using a Levitex pillow, i feel likie my neck is in safe hands. “Honestly fantastic experience from start to end. Personalized support to find the right size, always quick to answer and my husband originally got the 14cm, which was a bit too high, we ended up with the 12cm and Levitex customer service was fantastic, arranged for the new pillow to be sent out and the old one we could send back (of course needs to be in immaculate condition and within the given time frame). All worked so smoothly, really really pleased!
