“It took me several weeks to get used to this pillow as it felt so hard. James very kindly reached out to me to see how I was doing which was so appreciated.
I have actually been travelling and sleeping in a small Campervan for the last 3 weeks in Europe and initially found the pillow hard again as the bed was firmer. However I seem to have got used to it. I will be home soon so expect to be comfortable. It certainly seems to have helped my neck and shoulders.
