“Great service from Levitex team however the Product rates 2 stars for the following reasons
Firstly the PROs -
1. Great range of pillow sizes to get one which is the right heigh to provide the right support
2. Great comfort in term of the right amount of softness & support
Now for the NEGATIVES -
The reason this product does not get 5 stars is because the foam does not dissipate your body heat and as such it is very hot, leading to a sweaty head !
If the pillow could be more porous to allow airflow or contain some heat conducting material to resolve this issue it would be 5 stars and I would be straight out to buy a mattress if it had the same technology.
If the heat build up issue could be engineered out during a second iteration of a product improvement I would certainly want to buy one as apart from the heat issue it would be perfect.”

Actually made my neck even worse than before, it has not helped me with my neck pain and sleep, every morning my neck is in more pain and more stiff. I have followed all the instructions you have given and watched all the videos on Instagram. The pillow is too firm and makes my neck very stiff in the morning. So I have decided to stop using this pillow. Any person cannot sleep on one position, we are all human and when we are alseep we change positions to different sides and then sometimes on our back, we cannot sleep in one set position.”

“The medium pillow doesn’t fit a normal pillow case way too small and I thought the pillow had a funny smell I had to spray it with perfume for weeks until the smell went”
“It is just a flat foam pillow. I have tried some others with better shape. it is ok to sleep on the side but far too firm to sleep on the back.
Like a lot of foam mattresses or pillows, there is a very strong smell when they are brand new but this one still smells after 10 days whereas I have aired it a lot.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We don't cut the pillows into funky shapes as it's unnecessary, so you are right that it's just a flat foam pillow - with the right properties, a flat foam pillow is all you need. :)
The size you have purchased is more suitable for back sleeping, rather than side sleeping (unless you're below 5'1), if you are finding it too firm then I'd suggest making sure it's just your head on the pillow, rather than the shoulders as well.
I'm sorry you feel disappointed and please be ensured that we offer a 44 night trial on the pillows, so if you are not finding it suitable, you can just return it.

The pillow size you've purchased is only suitable for back sleeping (if you're below 5'10) and side sleeping if you're below 5'1. If you don't fit into either of these sleeper categories, then it is going to be too thin for you.
