That initial scent is unfortunately quite typical of UK-market foam, and while it can be noticeable at first, we do promise it fades completely with time. Each day should bring some improvement.
Airing the pillow in a well-ventilated room or by an open window can really help speed things up. You could also try adding a few drops of essential oil to your pillowcase if the smell is particularly bothersome.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry to hear of your experience. While we never originally set out to be an anti-snore pillow, we do keep getting named 'best anti-snore pillow' by the press, leading us to embrace this side of postural therapy.
While the pillow will help address snoring, this is only possible if there are no underlying causes (eg a pillow can't and won't fix if you have a blocked nose and have to breathe through your mouth). However, since you mention that it is uncomfortable and causes neck pain, it does indicate that there might be something off with your positioning that is causing this, since the pillow is designed to help neck pain, rather than cause it, and we most often see feedback like yours when eg both legs are touching the bed, causing a twist through the spine.

“The pillow smelt of glue when I received it. Washing the case did little, and several weeks later, the smell has only just started to go.
My snoring hasn't stopped or reduced, and my neck has started to hurt after some sleep.

“Great service from Levitex team however the Product rates 2 stars for the following reasons
Firstly the PROs -
1. Great range of pillow sizes to get one which is the right heigh to provide the right support
2. Great comfort in term of the right amount of softness & support
Now for the NEGATIVES -
The reason this product does not get 5 stars is because the foam does not dissipate your body heat and as such it is very hot, leading to a sweaty head !
If the pillow could be more porous to allow airflow or contain some heat conducting material to resolve this issue it would be 5 stars and I would be straight out to buy a mattress if it had the same technology.
If the heat build up issue could be engineered out during a second iteration of a product improvement I would certainly want to buy one as apart from the heat issue it would be perfect.”

Actually made my neck even worse than before, it has not helped me with my neck pain and sleep, every morning my neck is in more pain and more stiff. I have followed all the instructions you have given and watched all the videos on Instagram. The pillow is too firm and makes my neck very stiff in the morning. So I have decided to stop using this pillow. Any person cannot sleep on one position, we are all human and when we are alseep we change positions to different sides and then sometimes on our back, we cannot sleep in one set position.”
