“We have two pillows from you, a large and a medium one. One bought after an online consultation. Both are proving to be hard, difficult to get used to, even though they seem to align with our sleeping positions. My wife has already given up using hers. Mine, I will get used to I think, with a hope that it becomes a little more pliable over time”

“I bought this pillow for my partner who is a loud and persistent snorer. The pillow was fantastic for the first few nights- I heard no snoring at all- but sadly it hasn't stood the test of time very well (we've had it for around a month I think). Although his snoring is a bit quiter with the pillow, it is still there. We are keeping it, and in fact have bought another one for the other house because it's better than just our regular pillows in that he snores more quietly than before, so it's better than nothing. However, as I am a light sleeper the pillow has not solved our problem and unfortunately we have had to resort to seperate rooms when possible, for now.”

“I don’t think it made a huge of a difference. I found that the cushion was way too low. I tried it for few weks to see if I can get used it to it but it was a bit uncomfortable. I would’ve sent it back but I accidentally threw the box. Oh well”

From even my own personal experience, I can attest that one's perception of the comfort of the pillow drastically changes through the course of using it. It is on the first night for some, after a couple of nights for others and rarely, after a few weeks. “Purchased with the intention to reduce snoring. Has made no difference according to my snorelab app.
Took a while to get used to the firmness of pillow. Will continue to use for sleep position but disappointed not to reduce snoring.
Snoring is multifactorial, however the pillow was meant to be one cog in the machine to improve things.”

Our method of pillow + optimised sleeping position (which I'm so glad to hear you've taken to!) is able to address the issue of snoring for about 2/3rd of snorers. There's unfortunately only so far that positional therapy will go, although I do hope that you've found some more improvement upon persevering with the pillow.
