Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry to hear about you're not finding the pillow suitable. We'd never recommend front sleeping, as it is impossible to optimise your sleep posture and reap the benefits while on your front.
The pillow is designed to fill in the space between your head and the bed either on your side or on your back, depending on the size you chose. It's okay if you eg are a side sleeper who turns to your back at some point in the night as movement is natural, but the position you go to sleep in is the one you spend the longest in and therefore if you have a side sleeping size, we wouldn't recommend using it to go to sleep on your back (and especially your front).

“Great if you continue to sleep on your side all night but once you move to another position you have to swap your pillows around which is not happening while you're asleep resulting in aches the next morning!”

The position that you *go* to sleep in is the one you spend the most time in, so as long as your mattress isn't working against you, you shouldn't be waking up with aches, even if you swap positions throughout the night. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The smell is unfortunately typical of foam products in the UK, but we promise it goes away. We will absolutely take your delivery feedback on board. While we're looking for ways to have your old mattress picked up, we've found it hard to find a suitable company that might deliver 'to the room' as we just don't ship out the quantities that they require just yet. Nevertheless, it's definitely on the cards for the future :)

thank you for taking the time to leave a review! You're absolutely correct, the size you have is made for side sleeping and not suitable for long term back sleeping. It's simply because the space between your head and the bed is different when you side sleep (ear to bed) and when you back sleep (back of the head to bed).
If you fall asleep on your side and only swap to back at some point in the night sometimes, you're fine as the position you go to sleep in is the one you spend the most time in and so you'll still reap the benefits of optimised sleep posture.

“The pillow is very supportive and comfortable however, it has a very strong gassing of chemicals which does not go away. Since using the pillow I have had headaches and since stopping using it the headaches have gone away. It is unfortunate as it is the most comfortable pillow yet!”
