“We've received the pillow very quickly. It fits into a standard pillow case.
I bought it because my husband is prone to sleep apnoea and I hoped a firmer pillow would prevent his head from falling back causing sleep apnoea. While his sleep apnoea is less severe, the pillow hasn’t stopped it altogether.”
“Firm pillow which takes a bit getting used to. Your neck position changes so the effects aren't instantaneous. However, it has had a positive effect on my snoring.”
“My purchase was based on the review which said that these pillows helped to reduce snoring. It has helped a little but not provided a full cure. However the service I got was superb. My first purchase was a size which was too thin [medium]. Even after a decent length trial I was able to swap it for a thicker version [large], which was better for my neck, and this was also given a decent length trial with the option to return. I have kept it. Only negative was a solvent smell, which lingered quite a while with the first one, but was much better on the second one. Overall still a very recommended product and supplier.”

“I’m pleased with the pillow, especially because it is sized for my height. I have had a stiff painful neck for a long time, and slowly but surely it is improving using this pillow. I have tried another well known brand with a groove in the middle and it made my neck worse. This pillow works well with side sleeping and is fine when I lie on my back. (I don’t just sleep in one position. And I struggle to check my sleep position - because I’m asleep!)
One star off simply because I still do have neck pain, but it is much improved. And targeted stretching exercises are part of the solution for me too.”
“Brilliant mattress and good pillow. I don't wake up with aching hips anymore, and i feel supported in my sleep. It didn't take me too long to get used to the mattress, it felt very natural in fact. I suffer with fibromyalgia and chronic neck pain, the pillow has improved my neck pain overall, but sometimes when i sleep on my back (I'm mainly a side sleeper) i get mad headaches. Not sure if it's the pillow or just me, but i have got the correct size, i used the size chart. I'm petite so got the small one. Overall i am very happy with my purchase and would encourage anyone to give it a try.”

Unfortunately it stinks! The most horrible musty, rotting veg smell. First 2 nights l slept like a dream. Next 2 nights my sleep was very disturbed by smell. Did not realise it was pillow at first. Then put a protector and 2 pillowcases on top. Still struggling with smell which wafts up .Is there a spray l can use. l am very loath to give up as my sleep has been so improved. No smell l would have given 5 stars”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - I really appreciate your feedback. Levitex foam is actually based on the properties of latex, but is designed to be an allergen free, lighter and cheaper alternative.
I'm sorry to hear the smell is bothering you. Some people hate it like you do, some don't mind it and some even like it. It's unfortunately typical of UK-market foam as we're required by law to ensure what is the highest level of fire retardancy that is required anywhere in the world.
I do promise the smell does fully go away and will only get better each day. Airing out the pillow in a well-ventilated room or by the open window can do wonders for speeding up the process too. A few drops of an essential oil on your pillowcase is something you could try as well if the smell is very bothersome.

“This pillow was recommended by a friend. I was experiencing some difficulty finding a comfortable position to sleep in to fall asleep and, would experience mild but irrtating shoulder & neck pain on waking. I tried several things 2 pillows, then i pillow, different positions etc.
I then tried a lavitex pillow it took a while to get use to but think it has helped.”
