I am 67 and have spondylitis in my neck and occasional lower back pain when I overdo it when gardening It has taken a while to get used to the pillow and although my spondylitis is ongoing and unlikely to ever go away I feel my symptoms are being alleviated and most definitely has helped my back pain. I have taken a star off as I do still experience neck and shoulder pain.

“I’ve had this pillow for a while now and it has really helped my neck pain. I couldn’t recommend it enough for comfort and neck pain.
The downside to this pillow (I have the small) is not related to the comfort, but it’s so so small that as someone that rolls over a lot, I often find myself off the pillow. It is a lot smaller than a standard pillow, it also looks ridiculous in a standard pillow case and the excess pillow case is quite annoying. If it were the length and width of a standard pillow it would be fantastic but despite the comfort it unfortunately falls short given the price.”
