So I ordered a medium size as well.That was more comfortable. When ordering the medium size I made a mistake and finished ordering 2 of them, one without discount. “Bought medium pillow . I’m just over 5’ 7”. Think it might be too thick for me and, at times, hurts my ear. Have got rid of original packaging with all the Christmas stuff. Have passed it on to my son (6’3” ) to try out.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review as well as your recent purchase! At your height, the medium pillow should really be quite perfect. Please do try to pop an old pillow between your knees and ankles to stop the top leg from falling to the bed and do give it another try - it will be much too small for your son who should be on the XL- unless he's a back sleeper, in which case it may just work.

“Sleep has been better and much more comfortable to sleep on my side and back.
I do wake up more rested. Reduced snoring from day 1 although this also needs to be supported by reducing exhaustion and side sleeping.
The pillow doesn't reduce snoring when I'm sick or exhausted. I'm still trying out whether this is temporary and return to reduced snoring when I'm well and back on my routine.”

Still getting used to the firmness of the pillow, but sleeping pretty well on the whole. Some nights I wake up multiple times for no apparent reason which is annoying, but I do get back to sleep, although not deeply, as I dream a lot after a waking.
