“I've bought the small size pillow currently and am seeing how it goes. It's not currently made any difference to my sleep/aches in neck and back but time will tell. I may need to change it to the next size up. It feels quite low still. I've had it about 5 weeks.”

It's also not meant to 'give' - in fact, we expect your pillow to remain exactly the same for the next five years. “This isn't the first specialist pillow I've tried and was struggling to find the right one. As I didn't quite fit into the quiz catagories, the owner James had a video chat with me to discuss which pillow would be best. It took me a while to get used to it but as a side sleeper it seems to be the right height and support. Only downside is the chemically smell when you first unpack it does stick around for quite a while. Overall my neck and shoulder pain seems to have subsided so I'm happy with my purchase.”

“This pillow has been incredible. Our journey started out with me not knowing I actually snored! It rather disrupted our sleep as a newly-married couple. This pillow has completely changed that. Whenever my head is on the Levitex pillow I do not snore, and I sleep solidly. It took a little adjusting as it feels different to a normal pillow, though I’d say only the first night felt strange and new. It is a firmer support to the head and neck, and I can feel the support helps the rest of my body too. I would highly recommend this pillow :).
The only thing I would say is that it seems to need a lot of airing - we both found it smells. It’s not an awful smell but it does improve when we air it (take it out its case and leave in the open) particularly at the start. We thought it was the packaging it arrived in, but it’s actually the fibres of the pillow. Not sure if anyone else experiences this?”

Bought a pillow via a newspaper recommending it to stop snoring. It didn't stop the snoring at all but I don't get neck pain and best of all no back ache. It's changed the way I sleep. It is a fair bit smelly being made of foam but that is slowly receeding. Consultation was helpful.”

We never designed our pillow to stop snoring (we don't think that's even possible), but optimising your sleep posture and aligning your body properly has been shown to decrease it. I'm sorry this didn't happen for you, but I'm glad there have been other benefits.
The foam smell will go away, and if you'd like to speed it along, please be advised that the pillow cover is washable.

It is sadly the case that foam materials are not the most environmentally friendly, however, we are doing everything that we can to mitigate our impact on the environment. As of July, every pillow sold on our website will be climate positive, with trees planted to (more than) offset the carbon emissions caused during the production and transport. Our office and entire team is already climate positive, and we're figuring out how to make it happen for our mattresses too.

“It has taken a while to get used to. I had a few restless nights at first so stopped using my Levitex pillow for a few nights then returned to it and it’s really good now. Sleeping better, body used to it, my neck feels really good now and my ears are used to it also.
