Bought a pillow via a newspaper recommending it to stop snoring. It didn't stop the snoring at all but I don't get neck pain and best of all no back ache. It's changed the way I sleep. It is a fair bit smelly being made of foam but that is slowly receeding. Consultation was helpful.”

We never designed our pillow to stop snoring (we don't think that's even possible), but optimising your sleep posture and aligning your body properly has been shown to decrease it. I'm sorry this didn't happen for you, but I'm glad there have been other benefits.
The foam smell will go away, and if you'd like to speed it along, please be advised that the pillow cover is washable.

It is sadly the case that foam materials are not the most environmentally friendly, however, we are doing everything that we can to mitigate our impact on the environment. As of July, every pillow sold on our website will be climate positive, with trees planted to (more than) offset the carbon emissions caused during the production and transport. Our office and entire team is already climate positive, and we're figuring out how to make it happen for our mattresses too.

“It has taken a while to get used to. I had a few restless nights at first so stopped using my Levitex pillow for a few nights then returned to it and it’s really good now. Sleeping better, body used to it, my neck feels really good now and my ears are used to it also. We are quite different from memory foam indeed, in the sense that we correct your posture as you sleep, rather than allowing your pillow to memorise any bad sleep positions.

“The pillow is very good. It supports my neck very well and I definitely sleep better. The only issue is the smell, which has lasted for a couple of weeks. It is really strong when you first use the pillow. Otherwise, really happy.”
“I’ve found that I’m maintaining a more stable sleep position which is reducing the pain in my neck. There remains a smell from the pillow despite a few pillow slips covering it and can feel warm.
