Thank you for your review and I'm sorry about the foam smell. Unfortunately this is really typical of the material.
However, we've just began working on eliminating all plastic from our packaging (our boxes were required to be plastic-sealed by retailers previously) and we hope that using paper in place of plastic will allow the pillow to 'breathe' better before it reaches you, therefore eliminating at least some of the foam smell.

“Best money I’ve spent on a mattress and pillow ever! I’ve spent a fortune on water pillows, feather or microfibre pillows, memory foam mattresses! Have suffered years of back, neck and joint pain!
