“was able to take part in a sleep study interview with James, We discussed my current sleep schedule & situation. And James was able to highlight a few areas I could work on to improve my sleep. He fully explained the reasoning and the science behind his suggestions & they made perfect sense. Plus they were easy to follow. I was amazed that after 7 days adopting change my sleep overall was much better but also my pain & fatigue reduced on waking and this was before I got the pillow. The team has an open door policy via the study should we need to clarify anything.
