“I received my pillow on the expected delivery day. Unfortunately there was damage to the outer packaging which was due to the delivery company and not Levitex. I had the best customer service experience ever from the lovely Olivia at Levitex after I emailed them just to make them aware of how the package arrived as I know that it was not how the package would have left their warehouse. She was an absolute delight and went out of her way to make up for how I received the package even though there was no need to as it was not the fault of Levitex.
