Librio creates personalised children’s books. We're fanatical about great storytelling, gorgeous artwork, premium quality and social responsibility. Librio books make a great gift for 0-8 year olds for any occasion, be it Christmas, Birthdays, Christenings or just because.

As a company which makes stuff for children, we believe it is our duty to do so in a way that protects and improves the world which they will one day inherit from us. “I got my granddaughter a search and find since she has mastered all the wheres Waldo books. This seemed like a cute idea. She find herself and other lost items easy enough but finding the hidden numbers: a whole other story. NO ONE in our entire family of 11 can find those numbers. So it was incredibly frustrating for her n9t to be able to get her “ secret message from grandma” For that reason alone I do not recommend the books. Customer service cant help you find the numbers of course and grandmas cant remember the message. Total s—t show.”

Dear Akshata, I'm genuinely sorry to learn that your order didn't reach you, and I appreciate your feedback, although it was disheartening to see such a critical review without prior direct communication to our customer support team. As a company who's sold over 500,000 orders and with almost as many happy customers I can assure you that we are not a scam and that the replies telling you your book was returned to our printers likewise was genuine, however - most likely due to the Christmas backlog - it's unfortunately not yet arrived back with them and we have yet to receive notification of its arrival. Your package was dispatched via Swiss Post on December 22nd, and it was expected to reach you well before Christmas. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by its non-arrival. I'll be reaching out to you privately to discuss options for compensation or a reprint as a gesture to make up for the disappointment this has caused. Kind Regards, Steffi

“When ordering this book, I was skeptical at first as I have never heard of this company, but when it arrived, I was more than pleased! Not only is the book good quality and as cute as it seemed to be online, even the box it came in was adorable! I bought it for my niece who is bilingual and speaks Portuguese so I thought it would be fun to get it in Portuguese and I was so impressed by the amount of languages you could choose from. I cannot wait for my niece to open it for Christmas! She is going to LOVE it!”

“I live in rural California. I ordered The Tale of Two for my 2 and 3yr old grandchildren on Dec 11, 2023 and received it Dec 14th! Just opened it and it's beautifully done. The children in the book look just like them. Can't wait to read it with them and have them find their characters and their names on the pages. Such a treasure!”

“My 3 year old loved his book! I was surprised to learn that it’s made with recycled materials because the print quality is great and the cover’s texture feels very nice. We got the search and find European trip and love that I could choose the country and the color for the cover. The book itself is very fun, even the adults were joining in on the search!
