Librio creates personalised children’s books. We're fanatical about great storytelling, gorgeous artwork, premium quality and social responsibility. Librio books make a great gift for 0-8 year olds for any occasion, be it Christmas, Birthdays, Christenings or just because.

As a company which makes stuff for children, we believe it is our duty to do so in a way that protects and improves the world which they will one day inherit from us. “The librio books are outstanding! The artwork, storyline, and even packaging are so unique and beautiful. The package comes shaped like a bear and can be coloured in. The books were a big hit with family and friends. I have ordered from other create Your own story type book companies before, and librio is top of my list. They ship in good timing to Canada. I hope they come out with more titles!! Perhaps a book of adventure for 3+ siblings/friends? That would be amazing.”

“This company is amazing! I had a problem with my order which was NOT the fault of Librio. However, Steffi who was helping me went out of her way to make things right. She was pleasant, respectful, professional and I felt like I was corresponding with a friend! Thanks to Steffi, my granddaughter received her book by Christmas day. Not only that, out of all the big toys under the tree, her book was her favorite gift! I recommend Librio, this is an honest company that has that old fashioned great customer service to go along with their great products. Thanks again Steffi & Librio.”

“I ordered a book for my nephew as a Christmas present. He has a cousin who lives far away but he loves very much and wishes she could visit more often. “A tale of two” was the perfect gift, he loved it because it has their names on it and it’s an interactive book. He asks his mom and dad read it twice before going to bed.”

“I got my granddaughter a search and find since she has mastered all the wheres Waldo books. This seemed like a cute idea. She find herself and other lost items easy enough but finding the hidden numbers: a whole other story. NO ONE in our entire family of 11 can find those numbers. So it was incredibly frustrating for her n9t to be able to get her “ secret message from grandma” For that reason alone I do not recommend the books. Customer service cant help you find the numbers of course and grandmas cant remember the message. Total s—t show.”

Dear Akshata, I'm genuinely sorry to learn that your order didn't reach you, and I appreciate your feedback, although it was disheartening to see such a critical review without prior direct communication to our customer support team. As a company who's sold over 500,000 orders and with almost as many happy customers I can assure you that we are not a scam and that the replies telling you your book was returned to our printers likewise was genuine, however - most likely due to the Christmas backlog - it's unfortunately not yet arrived back with them and we have yet to receive notification of its arrival. Your package was dispatched via Swiss Post on December 22nd, and it was expected to reach you well before Christmas. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by its non-arrival. I'll be reaching out to you privately to discuss options for compensation or a reprint as a gesture to make up for the disappointment this has caused. Kind Regards, Steffi
