We're so pleased to hear that you were pleased with it Kathleen. I’m sorry that you find our books expensive, but let me give a little insight into why they cost what they do. There are some personalised books on the market for less, but there are also some on the market for exactly the same as ours. As with most things, I’d like to think that the difference in price is reflected in the end product. All of our books are printed locally on premium 100% recycled paper. Each book is created on demand to your exact specifications before being quality-controlled and finished by hand before being dispatched to you. Because we want our books to last a lifetime - both in terms of the enjoyment of re-reading the story for parent and child as well as the quality of the book itself -, we feel the little extra investment is worth it to produce a true keepsake. I hope this helps explain the reasoning behind our pricing :)

“Love the quality of the book and that you can create the personas with diverse skin colour and hair. I was looking to create a persona who uses a wheelchair, crutches or walker and couldn't find one. It would be great if you could add that option to increase the inclusiveness of your books.”

Thanks so much for your feedback Stephanie. We're so pleased to hear that you were happy with the book, but I'm sorry that the wheelchairs etc weren't yet an option. Wheelchairs are in the pipeline, so they WILL be available as soon as possible. I hope that helps.

“The book was very well made, with adorable illustrations. It was well packaged in sturdy cardboard that was easy to unwrap and cute on the inside. I had the book made for a little girl, and chose the avatar accordingly. Much to my disappointment, in the book the female avatar is topless, swimming with just a bikini bottom on. This is wildly inappropriate for a children’s book. If she had been fully clothed, then this review would have been an easy “yes! 100% wonderful experience!”. But because of their poor discretion, I’m afraid to risk another gift purchase.”
