“The book I ordered is adorable! Took a long time to come . Missed the holiday I bought it for by 2 weeks. And my only suggestion is for the price they charge to offer more options for the looks of the parent . And to speed up shipping. It took 3 weeks to get to me”

Thank you so much for your feedback Kym. We're constantly working on making our books more diverse and including as many options as possible, however it's sadly a very lengthy process which is why at present some of our books are still a little more limited with the options available. Regarding the tardiness of your delivery, I'm so sorry to hear that the couriers were so slow. We shipped your order out within the normal time frame of 3 days (2 for Softcovers with then another day for it to be put through quality control) and then with the standard US shipping you opted for, it should really only have taken at the most 14 days to arrive, so I'm very sorry they had you waiting even longer. I hope it didn't detract from the enjoyment of the book however. :)

Thank you so much for your feedback Sahar. We're always working hard to try and make our books as diverse as possible, so this kind of feedback is invaluable. It's very complex to add as many variations in our books as we would like but we'll continue to try and add as much as we possibly can. :)

“Really tidy wrapped, impecable printing and various stories to choose from. Worth price wise and everyone loved it. Only suggestion would be to be more ample in options when designing the characters, I.e. eye colour, ethnicity, etc.”

Those are our two oldest products and, at that time, we hadn't yet figured out how to add more options - as we have in our more recent products. I like the idea of 3D structures. “It’s a darling book, but I gave it only 3 stars because I think it’s way too hard for a 4-yr old child. I haven’t given it to my granddaughter yet but I had a VERY difficult time finding the numbers on each page. I think she’ll enjoy finding the character (although still challenging), but I’m expecting she’ll grow weary of trying to find the numbers. I did! However, I think a child can still enjoy the book. I wish finding the numbers hadn’t been made so difficult. I’d love to know what others think about that.”

Dear Barbara, Thanks so much for taking the time to write such in depth feedback. It's very helpful for us in figuring things out for future editions and we really appreciate the input. I very much hope that your granddaughter will enjoy it though. Other feedback we've had has been positive, however parents have said that they like to search for the numbers themselves (if they're reading with younger children) and then they can give hints to the little ones as they go along, thereby making it easier for their kids to find the numbers and themselves. I don't know if that's helpful at all, but it's proved very useful with other parents :)

“We had massive issues with the delivery service Aramex, and books were delivered very late. Librio however, were quick to respond and asked me how I wanted to proceed. Once the books arrived the kids were extremely happy. Thank you for your wonderful service, but maybe find new couriers!”
