“I purchased a book for my niece, it was delayed in shipping before Christmas, when I informed Librio of this, they quickly sent a new book in time for Christmas. Good service.”

“I didn’t have the book physically at hand as it was a gift to my niece & due to COVID, sent it directly to her. However I have been informed that she was quite interested in it due to the colours. My niece was only 10 months at the time.”

“Fantastic book! It was lovely see our children's faces light up when they realised this book was about them. The fact that you can personalise the characters were lovely to make them look more like our children e.g. dark hair, straight hair, etc. The only thing I would have liked was an option to change their heights slightly but other than that I found the quality of the book very good but as expected because it wasn't cheap. It will be something that the children will keep for a long time. Delivery was quick and efficient. Thanks Librio!”

“The book and packaging is well made and apart from a hiccup with royal mail the delivery was fast. I brought this for my elderly mother-in-law as she is unable to travel anymore. It was a journey with a character looking like a young her. I will definitely be using Librio again.”

“I ordered a Search and Find book for my Grandson as a Christmas gift - Wheres T*****. I was reasonably happy with the book I recevied, although a little disappointed with the colours which made it difficult to "find" the child created. Because of Covid-19 Regulations, I haven't yet been able to give my Grandson the book, however I'm sure he will be delighted with it and enjoy finding himself in the various pages of the book, and working out the clue to the hidden message. Overall I was pleased with the Where Am I book, and found customer services extremely helpful with my queries.”

“This was cute and, as for very young children, OK but I was disappointed to not that the supernatural had been emphasised - out of the few pages three had reference to pagans, elves and vampires, not things I really wanted to bring to the attention of really young children. Nicely drawn though.”

“Perhaps it was not a good idea to give this to my granddaughter on Christmas Day, when she was overwhelmed with other presents - she hardly looked at it. BUT, the packing was a big hit and she was very taken with the picture of the teddy on the inside. I should have given it to her on her birthday later this month. We live and learn. However, I think she will enjoy it later. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT ITALY WAS NOT INCLUDED.”
