More Than A Book:
As a company which makes stuff for children, we believe it is our duty to do so in a way that protects and improves the world which they will one day inherit from us. Dear Eli, I"m very sorry to hear your book hasn't arrived yet. Some international mail can take unexpectedly long to arrive and I see your package has been stuck in South Africa customs for 2 weeks. As we are approaching Christmas, I have arranged for a new book to be dispatched to you Express free of charge.
