“UPDATE 5 April 2018: The wonderful Chloe at Lights4fun called me and sent me an email to check on what had gone wrong with my delivery. Turns out that Royal Mail had insufficient staff to manage redeliveries (go figure!) but Chloe wanted to put things right even though Lights4Fun weren't to blame. She listened to my frustrations and offered me a really decent solution to send out another set of lights with a different courier service. The first set of lights are currently still in the Royal Mail system somewhere but I have received another set of fantastic lights. I am blown away by Lights4Fun customer service and am so grateful to them for putting their customers first. A lot of other companies could learn a lot from Lights4Fun when it comes to customer service. I'll DEFINITELY be shopping with them again (but making sure I use the DPD rather than Royal Mail service for delivery ;-)) 2nd April 2018: My lights haven't arrived. Delivery attempted on 23rd March. Booked a redelivery with Royal Mail for Saturday 31st March, waited in all day for it and never arrived. Not necessarily Lights4Fun fault but poor service on behalf of Royal Mail. Still trying to track my parcel down! Would have been quicker to just go to a shop on this occasion.”

“They were very happy to correct my mistake on an order, recalled the first order before delivery, placed the new order and refunded the difference without me having to sign back into the site. Paper trail was seamless and the delivery went without a hitch with a 2 hour time slot provided. I could not have hoped for a better service.”
