“Great fun to get the grand children to try to work out how the water comes out of the tap. Bit of a struggle to adjust pump for somebody with big hands.”

“After I complained about the excessive amount of plastic they use in their packaging, their customer services team told me what they are doing to reduce plastic - which is good, but not enough. So they made me slightly happy but mostly slightly depressed.”
